In less than a year of using Ibotta I have earned over $500 dollars. It's easy to cash out your earnings, set up your shopping trips either in store or online. I don't know why anyone would not use this program. Great care and response from customer service. It's $$$ in your pocket for buying brands and products you use. Try it!
My Winn Dixie card doesn't link with Ibotta! I've tried all suggestions such as removing the card and then adding it back to no avail. I usually have to take a receipt picture which is almost impossible to capture correctly. Very frustrating since I purposefully buy certain items for the points.
After my initial disappointment about cash missing, I have now been compensated and thank the people getting this issue straightened out.

Twice I have shopped on the the day two bonuses were to expire, even checking their status as I entered my supermarket. By checkout time the bonuses had disappeared.
It’s all chatbot contact and nothing gets done.
I like getting “paid” to shop.
My retailer (Publix) has a bug in their receipt system that doesn't allow a duplicate receipt to be printed after the next customer steps up. I secured a hard copy but Ibotta would not honor it. A multiple purchase bonus now expires that I likely won't reach (7 items shy) because of this issue

Ibotta is really great for people who can afford to buy name brand products all the time, but for some1 like me it takes me a very long time to earn enough points to cash out. The customer service is always great though.

Was wondering when I would receive cash back from hotels.com, my stay occured in April! Instantly got an email that they had received my concern, very quickly got another email they were looking into the problem, then of Course, within a day my answer! Money is coming, but could be a while due to the provider! They are great! Love love love this app!
Missing cash back on one of my Tyson offers I scanned the items in and they were showing on the receipt as well not happy

Cash back is slow coming. Many rules on what qualifies. Also I realize it would be a huge undertaking but why not have the cash back at all the stores people shop at pop through. Many times the bar codes don't match product being sold on the shelves
It took a long time for response and again all the little rules about purchasing.

Every receipt will have missing rebates. It's a pain in the butt to dispute them. I wish they could get this figured out. It has been going on for years. It's a lot of work for a few bucks.

When you make a Walmart in-store, Online, or Walmart Pay purchase with the debit or credit card payment method that's saved to your Walmart account, you should receive cash back automatically. Some purchase data is shared with Ibotta based on the credit or debit card associated with a Walmart account. If the credit or debit card is saved to multiple Walmart accounts, and a Walmart account is linked to an Ibotta account, then cash back could go to any Ibotta account, but not multiple. Simply add (+) the offers you wish to redeem to Your list before shopping and be sure to use the debit or credit card that's saved to the Walmart account at checkout. I had an issue with a bonus not attaching, even though I got my rebate and they quickly resolved the issue and credited my bonus to me. They are very polite and courteous.
Walmart is great because it goes straight to Ibotta. I have trouble getting Kroger and CVS linked to my account, not sure why though.
