In less than a year of using Ibotta I have earned over $500 dollars. It's easy to cash out your earnings, set up your shopping trips either in store or online. I don't know why anyone would not use this program. Great care and response from customer service. It's $$$ in your pocket for buying brands and products you use. Try it!
My Winn Dixie card doesn't link with Ibotta! I've tried all suggestions such as removing the card and then adding it back to no avail. I usually have to take a receipt picture which is almost impossible to capture correctly. Very frustrating since I purposefully buy certain items for the points.
I love the app but I would like to see more variety in the any item category as I tend to purchase store brand products frequently. Even with your cash back offers sometimes it's still cheaper to buy store brands.

I buy products in store, scan the product before buying. Come home to scan receipt,click offers and then scan product again because an offer is missing. Accepts the offer but after submission, missing cash back. Now I have to take multiple photos to prove I did purchase the product. Frustrating!
My daughter recommended it but now she doesn't use it anymore.

You guys rejected my receipt because it was wet and ripped. That's not right. I spent alot of money to get the 18 items just to get the 25.45 which includes the $5 bonus. Now you rejected my receipt after I went back to the store and resubmitted and now you lock my account because I want the money that I earned. Ridiculous.

I was missing an offer for the bounce 3 in 1 static spray from my receipt submission and had to contact customer service about it. I realized It was rung up as taxable item. I let customer service know and sent pictures of the product and right away they emailed me that I was being credited! They are the fastest and most reliable app for cash back offers that's out right now! Ibotta is definitely my number one couponing app!
My recent experience is really disappointing because I don't know the reason l lost my earning today when I try to withdraw it for give card without any explanation. I accumulated around $105.00 dollar. That is very frustrating when you try to get what you work very hard for and you decide to take away without any reason.

I bought five dove soap bars and Ibotta app only recognized three of the five bars. I only received the dove rebate on three of the five bars. I emailed Ibotta about the missing money on the other two dove bars. They responded within 24 hours. Once they responded to my email, I sent them addition information they requested. Within ten minutes, they resolved by issue and got my missing money. Great customer service!

I love to get money back for things I have to buy and to be able to try new items, and get money back. That way if I don't like it, at least I didn't spend full price

There have been times when I thought ibotta cash should have been forthcoming only to discover I had made an error and other times there had been small glitches in the system. Regardless, once I reached out, the ibotta team did their best to bring about a positive resolution. Good customer service is always a great experience.
Far too many times I have made purchases of the same item and gotten reimbursed for some but not all when all met the criteria. I submit for review and you still deny it. Today I bought 3 boxes of Robert Irvine's FitCrunch bars: I got credit for 1 and you asked me to scan the missing ones. I have absolutely no idea which ones you missed.
Usually they are good when I get a person, Toni replies not so much so.

Went to buy bread. Cked the purchase code didnt recognized it in their system. Contact customer service by text, said send picture for my any brand bread. Got back with me about 15 sec later my item was approved.
