I have enjoyed the substantial savings that Ibotta has offered throughout the store. When you are living on a fixed income, these savings make quite a difference and allow me to spend in other necessary areas.

Right now I am owed money for buying Pop-Tart poppers and two bottles of minute maid zero sugar! Can I get my money please?

Still haven't heard from them

I enjoy earning cash back for every day purchases. Ibotta offers a variety of brands to earn cash back from. The reason I have given four stars instead of five is because the timeframe to scan a receipt is only 7 days and that is too short for me sometimes. I often find that a receipt will get missed and it will be too late to scan.

I made a purchase but the bar code was not recognized. I requested assistance. Ibotta took the time to give me information to ensure I check offers before shopping. They did not have to honor my request but I'm truly grateful they worked with me. I did not mention that they gave me time to produce my evidence when I returned from vacation (almost 3 weeks later). Ibotta could have said, I did not respond in a timely manner. Thanks Ibotta for working with me. Much appreciated.

Ibotta is a great app that is easy to use that saves me money. Sometimes you might have issues with your rebate amount, but the care team is responsive and helpful. They addressed my concerns quickly and helped me right away. And they were very nice about it! I appreciate their team.

I made my shopping list and went to the store.
I took a picture of my receipt and that's it. I add money to my acct.

I was missing cash back and it was credited to my account that same day.

I explained my situation and I think the issue has been solved.

The store I went to had printer issues and I wasn't able to get an actual receipt. They had to screenshot it and print it out. I emailed Ibotta and they helped collect the offers I was shopping for. Customer service was quick and helpful!

I already used the item, threw the packaging away my receipt clearly says the item yet no cash back

Living paycheck to paycheck with kids, every penny counts. Ibotta is more than just an App, earning extra money by scanning receipt definitely helps. Just Keep on doing it because everyday more items being added and to me every penny or $1 counts and it adds up.
Once you download Ibotta, Make sure you Check mark and read description for which items that you are going to buy in order to get cash back. I started cashing my earnings when I hit $20 and the highest amount that I transferred to my PayPal is $150 and sometimes I use it to buy a gift card then use it to shop online then earn again. My history earning is 1K and so far no maintenance fee,I also received a free gift with free shipping. Ibotta, Thank you so much I am forever grateful.

I really like Ibotta and getting cash back without using coupons. I d have a few issues. Almost always when I upload a receipt I have to do it 3 times to work.
Also a lot of offers are not available at my local stores.

Hard to get hold of anyone

There was a $5 cash back for person pods. I scanned to make sure I had correct item. Purchased the item and then when scanned my receipt the cash back for that item was suddenly gone.

Good way to earn extra money on purchases you make. Works at all major grocery stores.

I was missing money from purchases I made at my local food market. Called customer service and they took care of it,

I didn't receive my cash back on the pork chops a week ago and didn't receive my cash back for the Jimmy Dean bowls this last time, I went back and checked why, and I couldn't find any reason why I didn't

After I sent copy of what bought and copy where what I bought match on ibotta m. Thank you vey much.y money received to my account

When you say theres cash i missed when in fact you missed it and want me to resubmit a receipt that ive already thrown away. Whats with that, thats bull#%&#÷.

Wasting my time.

When I click on see earnings it takes me to my account page and tells me that purchase on 5/24 is ineligible. I'm confused my email gives me different information!

I like the items that are offered. This gives me an opportunity to try the items and get paid. Money is added to the account at a quickly.

Submitted a rebate and did not get the allotted rebate, i contacted the customer service team and they answered promptly, one of the better ones. Your CSA Harry was so helpful, he immediately issued the rebate from the information provided and apologized. Let me tell you its a favour you are doing us, and we are so appreciative, so when we get good customer service interactions it puts a smile on my face, as this is rare in the United States. I was a Manager at a Sandals Resorts in the caribbean so Customer service is vital in our everyday dealings. Thank you Ibotta for all you do, and give Harry a little incentive for me... lol

I enjoy the app but sometimes the bar code scans are inaccurate, most often with the "any brand" items. Most recently, I bought 2 trays of porkchops anticipating to be able to earn a few cents for them, but the scan repeatedly gave me a "does not match" error. I wish there was a way to provide immediate feedback, but even when I clicked the "reconsider" button, I still received the "doesn't match" error. I would like to be able to take a picture of the item rather than just the arcade to get reconsiderations. I'm not sure how to get customer support

One of the best decisions ever to download this app and been saving and using for only a year! I'll never go back to just paper coupons.
