I recently charge two items on the receipt at CVS which would've given me six dollars for the Airwick and two dollars for the crust advance toothpaste. I only received the six dollars and it said that the crust was not on my receipt. However, I cannot submit an issue because it says that now the crust is expired. This is not the first time I have purchased something only because it was in. I am Anna and I verified it thoroughly.

In my opinion Ibotta is a great app. I have several cash back apps but Ibotta is one of the easiest and most dependable apps that I use. You just pick what's on your list and then go shopping. My cash back notification email is in my account by the end of the day. Ibotta doesn't have you playing games or answering surveys just to get points. It also had a variety of local stores. The $20 cash out minimum is not bad either you can make that back in just a few shopping trips, depending on what you purchase. It's also easy to use if you miss a cash back or if there is a request that is questionable. They will contact you within 24 hours to help you solve it

I requested a item for cash back. It was refused so I contacted Ibotta to question it. They looked into it and after contacting me showed me how I hadn't purchased the correct item size.

Down side is when checking for featured products each one appears multiple times in multiple categories so takes too long to peruse list. Discourages use of site when ready to shop

I spend but get rewarded at the end I really enjoy using this app

I bought 4 items that were worth $1 earnings each and only received 3. Limit was 5. Even corrected it and was denied $1. Update* customer service was quick to follow up after I submitted a bad review and corrected the issue. Thank you.

Before Ibotta I never had any extra to go out to eat or grab some new clothes but now with our savings we have been able to enjoy going to eat again. Made the holidays a breeze with all their fantastic deals.

The customer service is top-notch! If I ever have an issue, the customer care agents always provide excellent service, and I get my missing cash back.

I was having trouble with my cashback and my purchases weren't showning up. The help center was so helpful, kind, and fixed the issues I was having!

What I thought would be hard To figure out, Turn out to be very simple, There are so many ways to earn cash back. And I enjoy using ibotta.

Super easy, and so rewarding. I am amazed sometimes at the amount of money I get back on one shopping trip. Every few days I view offers and click the ones I think I'm going to purchase, and then it's off to shop.

Frustrated after traveling to get this offer and zero found

I thought I didn't get my proper amount of cash back and within a day, they resolved my issue, and my account has been updated. Their customer service is excellent!

I don't mind checking each week for the new offers, which can be fun, AND I really appreciate the app's function to scan the product's bar code at the store to make sure it's the right one, but it's really annoying to upload a receipt and then be asked to scan the bar codes again. Some times I have to go back and request missing cash because I bought two of an item, rather than just one.

There was one particular shopping trip when I scanned a product at the store to make sure it was the correct one and the “bar code matched” message popped up. However, I didn’t get the cash back. When I requested a receipt review the response was the product wasn’t included in the offer, which was just strange but oh well. It just seems like a lot of extra work and follow-up on the consumer’s part.

So easy to use. Easy to save up your money for when you need it.Hardest part is remembering to submit your receipt! Lol

I found the Tyson chicken I wanted. I checked Walmart twice but was unable to score what I wanted. Ibotta is awesome!

Great that you get reminders that you made a purchase that has rewards attached to it and have 24 hours to recover those rewards

I was going to Giant Eagle, so I checked Ibotta to see if there was anything with big rewards. I was happy to see $6.46 on Tyson chicken.

I have to double check that ibotta picks up all the bonuses I am eligible for. On this receipt, ibotta did not pick up 2 offers. CHOBANNI AND Ice Cream. I submitted both separately with their code, but I'm not sure I've received my reward.
