In less than a year of using Ibotta I have earned over $500 dollars. It's easy to cash out your earnings, set up your shopping trips either in store or online. I don't know why anyone would not use this program. Great care and response from customer service. It's $$$ in your pocket for buying brands and products you use. Try it!
My Winn Dixie card doesn't link with Ibotta! I've tried all suggestions such as removing the card and then adding it back to no avail. I usually have to take a receipt picture which is almost impossible to capture correctly. Very frustrating since I purposefully buy certain items for the points.

I purchased 5 items that had a rebate expiring in 1 day. A couple of hours after purchasing I submitted my receipt and it said there were no offers. I looked under my list for the item, and it was completely gone! I was shocked. I contacted Ibotta to find out what happened to the rebate. They Informed me that any rebate could be stopped at any time. They were gracious enough to award me for $10 I would have gotten from the rebates. Thank you so much. It is much appreciated.

Recently I was hacked. Alot of turmoil! They hacked my Ibotta account. I contacted Ibotta and they restored the balance I had. Thank you! Then I was going to order a gift card, but couldn't. I sent 2 screenshots to Ibotta. They reviewed my case and solved the problem in a timely manner. Thank you so very much Ibotta. I have an account again. Thank You for looking into the matter and resolving it!
I just purchased 14 items 10 minutes before the 7:00am time to start accruing 95 purchases for May. Is there anyway those items can be counted toward the 95 for May?

This was the worst experience I've had with Ibotta so far I purchased 10 items for a five dollar bonus plus whatever the items were worth. I scanned the items three times once at the store and when I got home I submitted the receipt I had to rescan all the items again then you sent me back two dollars and said nine items were missing and eligible so I rescan them, they were all clearly the right ones resubmitted it and then got another notice saying they were in eligible. This is a horrible experience and a complete ridiculousness scanning the items three times and still have not got my money when clearly they were the correct items.

Ibotta is well worth taking a few extra minutes in my shopping. It has afforded me the opportunity to give gift cards to family. The BEST part - I get awarded for purchasing items that are already on my shopping list! It truly is a NO brainer!

The rewards are just piddly. 10 cents? The only thing I like is the occasionally BOGO offers. Most of the products that I purchase never have any offers.

I love using iPod. I never buy something I will not use. I let my savings grow. I have been able to help my grandchildren out with textbooks for college and a spare tire. It is easy to use and it's a little bit of money for a rainy day.
I’ve had an issue or two over the years. Usually with the same retailer. Ibotta has always been very quick to correct it.
I bought it was recommended to me and I said what the heck. I didn’t do much in the beginning but now I check it weekly.
I was missing an offer that was on my Walmart receipt from my connected account and after I sent a picture of the receipt in they indicated it was not the correct thing but that was because Walmart did not have the product name as well as the UPC number on the receipt. Ibotta took care of it and I got my $3 back. Very pleased with the customer service

Customer service is outstanding! When a couple offers did not appear in my account, I emailed the customer service team with details. I received a reply and resolution within an hour!

I sent in my receipt & it acted as though it took all three items. When I was credited the amount it left out the.20 I was supposed to be given for my any brand wipes & any brand or size tea. Please send the credit for my items. Thank you.
