In less than a year of using Ibotta I have earned over $500 dollars. It's easy to cash out your earnings, set up your shopping trips either in store or online. I don't know why anyone would not use this program. Great care and response from customer service. It's $$$ in your pocket for buying brands and products you use. Try it!
My Winn Dixie card doesn't link with Ibotta! I've tried all suggestions such as removing the card and then adding it back to no avail. I usually have to take a receipt picture which is almost impossible to capture correctly. Very frustrating since I purposefully buy certain items for the points.
I made sure I had a itinerary
Emized receipt and scanned each item. I had 4 cutwaters and scanned all 4 and it only gave me credit for 3.

I'm tried of turning in receipts with multiple purchases on it and not getting all my cash back.

Just started but like the title says. It is easy, fun and rewarding.
Saw it several times on YouTube and wanted to be more frugal.
Extra money helps. But you need to fix coupon issue. You have to clip coupons for an hour over and over to finally get it to accept. I'm losing offers because of this issue.
Not good issue still there.
My daughter but I don't use as often because coupons take forever to clip.

I enjoy getting cash back for my purchases! This app makes it super easy. Check your offers, scan items to make sure it's the right thing. Oh and check for the quantity & wait for your rainfall back 💸🤑 I highly recommend this fun & quick way to earn cash back!

This app by far, hands down is better than any other. I have saved so much money for my family and if there has been any issue or question- they get back to me almost immediately. I am so impressed.
When i click an item on the app on my iphone xr it shows clicked but if you go back into the app later it isn't clicked. This is only happening with Wal-Mart.

I had an offer that qualified in store and when I submitted the receipt for review, for some reason, it did not want to qualify and said it was not the item on the receipt which it was it was the same exact thing I sent the picture over the customer, service and information in regards to that item and within 24 hours my issue was solved fast and timely. Been using this app for years is definitely worth it to get that extra cash back especially when you pair it up with them bonus offers. Love it.
I am feeling great because I save money by using this app. I have been using this app and saving money for a number of years. In this time of inflation, every little bit saved helps. I would recommend Ibotta to anyone. They are very prompt in recording your rewards and very prompt in paying them out.
Is
I needed to change my email to access my Ibotta account. I contacted their support team and they helped me change my account information so I could access my account again. I didn't lose any of my money I had earned. I was so happy they quickly took care of me and sent me all the information I needed to let me know they were working on my case. Thanks Ibotta for this wonderful customer service.
Took 3 months to get cash back! This is way too long and makes Ibotta look bad.
They said I just need to wait. No effort to help expedite or find out what is taking so long.

It's frustrating that certain foods are listed at certain stores only. I may buy something at Publix but it only gets points if purchased at Kroger and since I always shop sales, it's ridiculous. Come on Ibotta, do better with people trying to say money
For a friend to get free points and for myself to get the thanksgiving deal. It was MUCH better back then, now it’s ridiculously difficult

Customer service is great! Very seldom there will be an issue with an offer. Reaching out to support is always super simple and quick. They have great customer service and always help solving the issue.
I have been using Ibotta for 10 years now and absolutely love it! Every time I have an issue (which is only a handful of times), customer service is so fast and accommodating.
Easy to use and save money. I always find at least one deal. Can always scan as you go.
$$$$$. Money when I can save it I do earning cash back is like a little present for myself!
I have had great experience with Ibotta. Not only is it a great way to make extra money, but they are quick to respond to inquiries. I had a question about a cash back issue, and they responded in my favor in less than 24 hours, over the weekend! I highly recommend.
Overall, I find I do not purchase the products available for rebate. Initially there were more "any" products. Also there are other apps that simply scan your receipt and credit you for qualifying purchases. Having to scroll through so many products only to find I didn't purchase anything eligible is time consuming and annoying. Also, reducing my unclaimed credits following the pandemic only further soured my taste. I'll keep using, but not expecting much.
