In less than a year of using Ibotta I have earned over $500 dollars. It's easy to cash out your earnings, set up your shopping trips either in store or online. I don't know why anyone would not use this program. Great care and response from customer service. It's $$$ in your pocket for buying brands and products you use. Try it!
My Winn Dixie card doesn't link with Ibotta! I've tried all suggestions such as removing the card and then adding it back to no avail. I usually have to take a receipt picture which is almost impossible to capture correctly. Very frustrating since I purposefully buy certain items for the points.
For the most part, Ibotta is an easy, fun, and rewarding program to experience. All things come with ups and downs (ex. Good cash back offers, bonus deals, holiday challenges vs. missed deals, service connection issues, and so offers not attaching at times). But for the most part I will continue to use this program and refer others to use it as well.

Normally I have no problem but from time to time, the clarity in the fine print can be misleading (missing cash back & subjective to customer service understanding when sending a ticket in). However, I say the system works well flaws and all. Thanks for the opportunity to save money in this day and age.

Had to reach out and make contact about money that haven't been added to my account, the process was super easy and convenient didn't take long for someone to respond back to me! My funds were added to my account and the issue was solved super quick

So often when I make a purchase at Fareway I do not get all of my cash back without reaching out to Ibotta. This time in particular I bought the 32 ounce Velvet cheese, I scanned the product in store before buying and Ibotta verified it as meeting their requirements. When I only received cash back for one of 3 items that day I contacted Ibotta. They resolved the one product and credited me the cash back but the 3rd product the Velvet they say I only bought a 16 ounce size, which is also what the receipt shows on the Ibotta site, I don't know how Ibotta had a receipt of my purchases that day because I hadn't submitted it. Anyway the receipt is wrong! It says the Velvet I bought was 16 ounces, as clear as day the Velveeta sits here and IS A 32 ounce size and it was verified before I purchased it. Beyond Frustrated! When I reached back out to Ian he totally ignored the Velveeta purchase and my situation and instead instructed me to give this review. WTF

I love the savings with your app, but would like a feature that would allow you to create a shopping list. Based on things you've picked off the app.
I was having a problem entering a receipt for a purchase while using Ibotta. All it took was a short email with receipt attached and within hours the funds where applied to my account. I am 65 and not computer littered but they couldn't have made this more easy for me.
Could not upload my receipt because I had to scan the barcode on the product I purchased and it would not accept the bar code, saying it was invalid. Messaged the help center and the issue was resolved in less than an hour.
For a couple of days I had log in issues. I sent a message to the help desk and heard back in a timely matter. They resolved everything for me within a matter of hours. Great customer service!
Not sure how the large letters spelling GIANT at the top of the receipt is something the app can't identify 🤔, also most of the any brand offers don't recognize any brand.

The refuse to honor Giant Direct Receipts, so basically useless to me since that's how I do most of my food shopping
Everytime I go to cash in my money for a gift card it tells me it cant and to contact consumer service. And there is not a way to cotact you all. HELP!

Just a few minutes to search on my phone for the deals. Then at store just shop with your list. Since I'm already registered at my preferred store it automatically sends my purchases and my money earned automatically goes to my account. Easy peasey.

I don't like the linked account. I don't have time in the store to look through everything and I purchase things that I didn't know had cash back and they are marked. Then I miss them because my receipt automatically goes through because of being linked. I like to look through it at home after I purchase to see if I missed anything.
They say to be sure to put the items on my account before shopping, but sometimes I'm not able to. L

Customer service is anyways quick to fix my problems.
I bought 5 Snapple Elements Sun and was given credit for only 3. I tied hitting missing cash back but the offer was expired.
Until now I would give you a 5 star. I have an issue with my last receipt from Kroger date 5/7/24.
