In less than a year of using Ibotta I have earned over $500 dollars. It's easy to cash out your earnings, set up your shopping trips either in store or online. I don't know why anyone would not use this program. Great care and response from customer service. It's $$$ in your pocket for buying brands and products you use. Try it!
My Winn Dixie card doesn't link with Ibotta! I've tried all suggestions such as removing the card and then adding it back to no avail. I usually have to take a receipt picture which is almost impossible to capture correctly. Very frustrating since I purposefully buy certain items for the points.
I have currently 5 orders that are incorrect and two from several days ago that are still u resolved.

Ibotta has been great! I get cash back for everyday items I need. I've only had one issue so far: there was a $2 cash back offer for "Maybelline New York Mascara, any variety, any size." I bought the two pack of Maybelline New York Mascara & after getting home & scanning my receipt, the app said it doesn't qualify. Why not? It's Maybelline New York Mascara, any variety, any size. I emailed customer support & they helped me get a resolution (they credited my account $2). Thank you!

I have made many times more money with Ibotta than any other earnings app. I go for a big Walmart haul on my days off. I can get a version of something I was already planning to buy, but with $1, $2, $5, sometimes $10 back! When I cashout, I place 20% into a tax withholding cushion account, and then the remaining 80% can be used for WHATEVER YOU WANT. Currently, I'm interested in acquiring as much Bitcoin and Algorand as possible before the upcoming BTC Halving! You guys have catapulted my finances out of the depths of despair. I can't wait to see how much cashback I can get when I'm ready to get a new laptop for bookkeeping work! Thank you!
Joel resolved my issue with items in the walmart.com order not being recognized extremely easily.
Fetch is great; there are some others like ReceiptJar and Receipt Hog... but Ibotta is the king of the jungle in the shopping app realm. Hundreds back. Would take literally years to make even a hundred back on other receipt apps.
Most of the time everything works. But on several occasins I have purchased the exact described product scanned the receipt and the product barcode only to get 'barcode does not match'. This happened a couple of days ago I purchased 4 bottles of Ocean Spray cranberry juice 64 oz. And received this notice when I tried to submit the receipt. I re-read the described offer several times and the product is exactly as described.

I enjoy shopping with Ibotta for most of my shopping needs. I always double check that I'm buying the right quantity ie: sizes, count etc. it's great to see you've got Cash Back. Then when I decide to Cash Out my Ibotta earnings it goes to whatever I decide, whether it be my bank account or Amazon etc.
I do highly recommend this app, you won't be disappointed.
Anytime I have contacted Customers Service with an Issue about my Cash Back missing for some items. Ibotta contacts me within 24hrs.

Ibotta has items I purchase and gives me cash back for buying them. It also has products I have never heard of and gives me cash back to try them. It is a win for me!
I have loved my experience with Ibotta. From the customer service, to the cash back bonuses, I have LOVED it! My husband calls it "girl math" but I love being able to trade my cashback for gift cards for myself.
If you've clipped something that requires you to purchase 2, and it doesn't recognize it on your receipt, it asks for you to scan the bar code. If you purchased 2 and they are exactly the same, scanning the bar code only recognizes one.
I need to save money
I did submit a request for 3 items that didn't get attached on the ibotta app. But the I bought AI. T team corrected it and accepted my receipts and they took care of it and they deposited my cash. I'm very happy. I've been trying to get to this point for a long time. So I'm very happy 4 stars. Thank you. I bought it for correcting and addressing my issues with my receipts and. For my products for that purchase, keep up to go to work. Thank you, 4 stars.

My cousin referred it to me. She's been using it for a long time. In several of the extreme couponning, apps that are classes on YouTube referred over 5 to 10 of them. So I trust their judgment.

Customer Service quickly assisted me with a issue of a offer not be credited. I sent a email explaining the issue and within minutes, the offer was credited. The Customer Service department is very efficient!

I used to have a lot of trouble getting issues resolved quickly, and it took so much of my time. I have given feedback to Ibotta, and I definitely seen improvement.
