In less than a year of using Ibotta I have earned over $500 dollars. It's easy to cash out your earnings, set up your shopping trips either in store or online. I don't know why anyone would not use this program. Great care and response from customer service. It's $$$ in your pocket for buying brands and products you use. Try it!
My Winn Dixie card doesn't link with Ibotta! I've tried all suggestions such as removing the card and then adding it back to no avail. I usually have to take a receipt picture which is almost impossible to capture correctly. Very frustrating since I purposefully buy certain items for the points.
I'm getting more comfortable using but I'm still pretty confused about a few things.
Ie: are all receipts scanned? Am I correct that I can get.10 per receipt? Can't find the camera to use on receipts...

Items usually get picked up easily from the photo of receipt, not today, missed several. Also, when I selected an item and scanned barcode, not accepted. I should have scanned at store but really think this is a system error. And I do not see how to submit a claim. Used to be very easy to spot on app..
I have tried the "I'm missing money" option twice and still haven't fixed the problem! I'm only being credited for 3 bottles of jergens and 3 bottles of gold bond. I AM SUPPOSED TO BE CREDITED FOR 5 BOTTLES OF JERGENS AND 3 BOTTLES OF GOLD BOND! FOF A TOTAL OF $14.50. PLEASE FIX THIS FOR ME. I TRIED THE "IM MISSING MONEY" OPTION 2 SEPARATE TIMES AND THE ISSUE STILL ISNT BEING RESOLVED! PLEASE AND THANK YOU 🙏🏻
Because I don't usually have any issues with getting my rewards I have earned in the past and when I do have issues they are usually fixed within a timely manner. But not this time! I am missing $4. For a total of $14.50!

I ordered a power washer on your app. For $287. And you only gave me $1.50 when it said I should get 6% back?
Just said I got $1.50, which I already knew with no reason why.
Has been good to use until this.
Ibotta logged me out of my account on my phone, I used the password but Ibotta said it was not correct. Changed password and tried again, still said it was not correct. Tried a 3rd time, VERY FRUSTRATING! And time comsuming!

After having a purchase denied twice, I contacted the help desk and they had the issue resolved in minutes.
Horrible! Only received.25 cents instead of the full 2.50 I should have gotten, so disappointing I will be sure and tell my friends as well that you people are not giving the correct amounts back, maybe we should ALL delete app all together!

Every time I have to re sumbit a receipt because you always miss items. I even scan them before I submit the receipt.
It used to be good.
Could not access my account because I no longer had access to the email account originally used to set up the account. It took some effort but Ibotta customer service was able to make the change so that I could login and use Ibotta again.
Ibotta is quick at applying cashback, never have problems. Other sites I have tried incorrectly reject cashback sometimes and make it difficult to dispute, if you can dispute at all.
Great cashback rates, and ease of use. Also will let you know if you need to add an offer after you submitted receipt.
The team are friendly and they worked very efficiently. My problem was solved quickly.
It's as easy as just sending my Sam's Club order through the Ibotta app. Then I automatically recieve percentage back each time. Even if none of my items are the particular brands listed with Ibotta.
I chose Ibotta because of the ease of receiving cash back. I buy these items anyway, why not get rebates back?
Whenever I have issues with the App. The customer service department is very good at explaining the issue and getting it resolved. I highly recommend this App with this kind of support it makes it even better.
I purchased a $50 gift card/Walmart and $20 Home Depot. When I used it instore Walmart, cashier claimed a zero balance, at Home Depot online, gift card was rejected. I contacted Ibotta with this info and both gift card # abd Ibotta promptly credited my Ibotta account with $50 and said I can't use gift card online at H Depot. Communication and reply from Ibotta was concise, polite and with a quick response.
I have nothing but good things to say about Ibotta Customer Service representatives. They are the best and very reliable and quick to solve your issues. I love Ibotta! Always quickly response to my issues. #1 in my book!
It takes a little time in the beginning to understand all of it, but I love it!
Times are tough & it gives me the ‘want’ to try something new that w/o the savings I probably wouldn’t do
I've been using Ibotta now for a couple of years. It takes a few minutes before you go shopping to check off things or review updates on the app, but totally worth the small amount of time put into it. I catch myself sometimes buying something online, only to realize I didn't go through Ibotta! There's lots of businesses you can pick from to get money back, and very satisfying when you receive cash. There's a few glitches here and there, but it usually evens out.
If money is missing or missed, they are quick to answer and resolve it.
Saw a commercial and sounded like it was worth trying.
You are going to buy groceries. Why not save money too. This site is user friendly. Look for products with money back and submit your receipt. Easy!

I have had to contact I outta a few times now re receipts not loading and usually get an immediate response with my monies being added to my account. I am very pleased with Ibotta's customer service.
I could not my receipt to upload and they were able to do it and credit my account.
I use Ibotta as my Christmas savings account and use the gift cards l earn for Christmas gifts. I love this app!
I have been using ibotta for about four months. The app is user friendly and submitting for rebates is very easy. Any time I have had any problems with submitting receipts and have contacted customer service, the response has been very quick and my issues have always been taken care of. I love using ibotta.

I was having a hard time submitting an online Walmart Order and really wanted to get credit for a $4 Dreft and $3 Hellman product. I have exhausted their Help Center to no avail. And I emailed their *******@ibotta.com and they were able to fix it for me super FAST. Ralph I. Was super helpful! Thank you.
They did an awesome had some deals. Ibotta wouldn't load at grocery store. Added when I got home. It was saying nothing different in cash back. Took picture of receipt said receipt already been process. But ibotta and their awesome customer service catch it. Thanks ibotta you did good.
