In less than a year of using Ibotta I have earned over $500 dollars. It's easy to cash out your earnings, set up your shopping trips either in store or online. I don't know why anyone would not use this program. Great care and response from customer service. It's $$$ in your pocket for buying brands and products you use. Try it!
My Winn Dixie card doesn't link with Ibotta! I've tried all suggestions such as removing the card and then adding it back to no avail. I usually have to take a receipt picture which is almost impossible to capture correctly. Very frustrating since I purposefully buy certain items for the points.
I am not a huge fan of Ibotta. I use it but it's difficult and not user friendly. Its very hard to scan receipts and it frequently misses items.
My account was hacked and my money taken out. I emailed multiple times before getting it resolved.

Each and every time I put in a receipt I am always shorted. I buy 5 when the limit is 5 and i get credit for 2. I do everything correctly each and every time and yet i always have to submit a request for rebates that i am not credited for that i did correctly.
Fair. Many times I just give up which is what I'm sure they want me to do.
I chose it because it was a good way to get cash back for every day items i would be purchasing anyway.
It is a great application. Ibotta care has a great team willing to help you when a refund is not applied correctly. My experience with them has always been very pleasant!
Was just wondering why it takes so long for cash back from Chewy. I had forgotten that it can take up to 90 days to process.

Easy to use and legitimate cash back
For some reason, it doesn't let me upload the receipts, every time I try it says that I already uploaded it and it doesn't read them. He doesn't give me the money back for the product. And so on constantly, especially with the Food Lion and Walmart app. I have lost a lot of cash

The reason why you're receiving this error message when trying to submit your Walmart receipts, is that your Walmart account or Walmart Pay is linked with Ibotta. When you make a Walmart in-store, Online, or Walmart Pay purchase with the debit or credit card payment method that's saved to your Walmart account, you should receive cash back automatically. Just make sure that you add (+) offers before checking out. You are also able to earn receipt free at Food Lion, as long as you add (+) offers before checking out and use your loyalty at the register, you should get cash back automatically. I purchase the Nutri- Grain Bars and Nutri Grain Powerful Protein Bites on the same receipt. I never received the bonus for purchasing both. I contact Ibotta. I received a quick response that they were looking into it and will contact me. Well the issue was correct right away. No issues at all. Thank you Ibotta.

Ibotta always give the best service! Their reps are always respectful, quick, and super professional. It's amazing how they keep such a good standard of customer service. Today I dealt with Almeera and she was a delight! Responded in under 5 minutes and fixed my issue! I don't usually write reviews but I had to. Great work Ibotta!
I've been using Ibotta for several years and I love it. I have earned more than 2000.00 dollars just for going through the app and adding cash back offers, purchasing those products and submitting the receipt.

There have been a few times over the years when a barcode didn’t “match “ the offer or an offer didn’t show on my earnings (usually because I failed to include it ) . I e had great success in getting any issues resolved .

I've been using this app for years. The app is very easy to use. I've saved a lot of money since I started using this app. When I cash out using paypal, I've received my money within a few minutes.
I love Ibotta deals. It's super easy to use and there are always good deals. There are so many stores that use Ibotta and redeeming the cash for gift cards is easy. If I have a problem it is resolved quickly.
I didn’t receive cash and I just had to resend the receipt and explain what was missing. It was resolved easily and quickly.
It was easy and made sense. Other sites use points and kicks and ibotta just uses easy to understand cash.
Honestly, it's just not worth the time ensuring that you're picking out the correct product (size, description, etc) When you're doing online ordering. Many of these larger companies already give you a discount on products. Therefore, I bought a discount does not apply. Just not worth it.
Initiate, it was easy to use. Now there’s too much detail, too many product restrictions.

It's very time consuming to have to go through the lists every week and check what I think I'll buy. It would be easier if the app Justyn pulled eligible items off the receipt for me.

My experience with Ibotta customer care has been very positive.
They responded timely to my issue of missing points/bonus cash.
I explained the problem, provided date, item purchased, quantity and they were able to review the submitted receipt and credit missing Cash within a day!
Repeatedly there are issues which make me not use Ibotta or recommend it.
Yesterday I uploaded a receipt from Winn Dixie. Immediately a pop-up stated this does not look like a Winn Dixie receipt. Despite the printed logo on top. I am asked to scan my two products. Then I receive a message that the receipt could not be read.
Later I upload the receipt. Same pop up. Asked to scan the two products and then I receive reimbursement from only one product.
So I guess I will try again later today to get credit for the second product.
Can you believe that I actually purchased two products? That I uploaded a receipt that clearly shows the retailer AND the two products? Can you believe that your software SUCKS? I think on this is becoming a scam so that you reimburse actually little compared to what is submitted.
No longer sure other than I love to be treated poorly and scammed. What does the FTC say about you scamming consumers?
