In less than a year of using Ibotta I have earned over $500 dollars. It's easy to cash out your earnings, set up your shopping trips either in store or online. I don't know why anyone would not use this program. Great care and response from customer service. It's $$$ in your pocket for buying brands and products you use. Try it!
My Winn Dixie card doesn't link with Ibotta! I've tried all suggestions such as removing the card and then adding it back to no avail. I usually have to take a receipt picture which is almost impossible to capture correctly. Very frustrating since I purposefully buy certain items for the points.
All of my interactions with Ibotta's customer support team have been extremely pleasant. They respond to issues right away, unlike most other apps where it takes days and days to get problems corrected. Also, it's so nice to know you're talking to a person instead of getting an automated response. I love Ibotta! Very happy user over here :)

I was missing cad back and a bonus, and I Ibotta team were quick on resolving my issues!
Although my purchases are supposed to be recorded when I visit $#*!s Market. $#*!s says it is not their fault. You tell me it is working but it is not. That is my closest grocery store & I am frustered that Ibotta doesn't work there.
Also uhapppy with scanning the reciepts at Smiths & other stores. Dificult & time consuming.
Described my problem with $#*!s Market - supposed to be automatic with hone #. You investagated & said it will work now. It doesn't.

Frustrating as have made purchases that should have been credited (tried to get "help" online and Carlotta asks you the same obvious questions, that any intelligent person would have already verified, over and over in a loop. There is no way to speak to a human. Sent photo documentation via FB still only got one of 4 products credited. Essentially no customer service or ability to communicate with Ibotta and it is a business that needs to communicate to be effective or they come across as dishonest.

Because it appeared to be a great idea until it worked inconsistently and there is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE/COMMUNICATION. Did I contact Ibotta? LOL. I tried. There is NO way to contact a human and “Carlotta” is useless.

If I ever have a problem with Ibotta in receiving my rebate, the customer service always makes it right and in a timely manner, I Love saving money
They steal the money you've earned if you're inactive for a while. Pretty lame to take the money. I'll quit using Ibotta because of it.

See above comments no matter how many times I click on an item, it just sits there and spins then if I close out the app and go back in, it's showing that I have not clicked on it so I do it again. Then when I go to the store I don't get cash back because it's not registering that I clicked on it. So it's getting very frustrating, aggravating, and almost useless.

Been with Ibotta for many years, ups and downs when it comes to offers and redeeming them. Sometimes very fluid, other times you have to jump through hoops, but generally positive.
My gripe though is that Ibotta sent me an email congratulating me at hitting a certain level and that they will be reaching out to me within 30 days to give me a bonus. Well...they ghosted me...poof...nothing.

Anytime you have a question or need help they are always there to help and the app is such a great tool to use ANYTIME you shop, either at home online or in stores!
It will not process my gift card. If you use this app and try to redeem for an amazon gift card it will not process the request.
