In less than a year of using Ibotta I have earned over $500 dollars. It's easy to cash out your earnings, set up your shopping trips either in store or online. I don't know why anyone would not use this program. Great care and response from customer service. It's $$$ in your pocket for buying brands and products you use. Try it!
My Winn Dixie card doesn't link with Ibotta! I've tried all suggestions such as removing the card and then adding it back to no avail. I usually have to take a receipt picture which is almost impossible to capture correctly. Very frustrating since I purposefully buy certain items for the points.

I had an issue with an online grocery pick up not showing up. I contacted Ibotta and they corrected it and credited the missing cash back quickly and efficiently.
I really like to shop and buy things to go into my church's Giving Box. And counting multiple items of the same offer really helps to earn bonuses. And the extra money saved can purchase more items. For example Knorr Rice cups or Royal Ready to Eat Rice pouches, Mahatmas Rice pouches too.
I also get the Bumblebee Tuna Snack and eat items or the Bumblebee Tuna pouches, and Musselman's Applesauce cups. So thank you on behalf of the folks in my community who need a little extra to supplement their meals.
I haven’t had to contact them recently, but in the past they have always corrected the issue quickly. I am extremely satisfied with their customer service.

I have been using Ibotta for several years now. Besides being a fun tool to use I have saved QUITE a bit over the years. It works pretty darn well but from time to time experiences some small issues. However when those happen my experience is that their customer support does a great job in resolving the issues. Highly recommended. This app should be on every shopper's phone.

I joined Ibotta a year ago and really didn't pay much attention to it until prices of everything went crazy. If you track and apply yourself, this is the easiest and most faithful way to save money. Great support team and excellent responses!
I had an issue with a purchase not being counted and I contacted the IBOTTA team and they took care of it! I got credit for the purchase plus I got the bonus I had missed by one item. I love IBOTTA! It's a great way to save money on purchases!

Wegmans Wine Shop comes up as Woodbridge Wine, Liquor, & Beer on the receipt, but has the Wegmans logo, so it came up that I had the wrong store. I received a response that they switched it to Any Liquor Store (which I couldn't find-that's on me lol). Sabin was very quick & thorough in responding to my inquiry!
This is happening more often recently. The receipt clearly shows the item, but a few days after scanning, I get a notice that the item is not eligible. So I scan it again and sometimes it will allow it but other times it won't.
