In less than a year of using Ibotta I have earned over $500 dollars. It's easy to cash out your earnings, set up your shopping trips either in store or online. I don't know why anyone would not use this program. Great care and response from customer service. It's $$$ in your pocket for buying brands and products you use. Try it!
My Winn Dixie card doesn't link with Ibotta! I've tried all suggestions such as removing the card and then adding it back to no avail. I usually have to take a receipt picture which is almost impossible to capture correctly. Very frustrating since I purposefully buy certain items for the points.
I was missing cash back and I emailed Customer Service about the issue. Within MINUTES they had not only replied but credited my account. I appreciate the prompt and perfect customer service!

Ibotta is the best rebate app around! I have saved so much money by getting money back for things I already buy and they give you the chance to try new products for free or really low prices. I would not go without using Ibotta now that I have been using it.

An offer disappeared after I went shopping with no warning. Ibotta credited me back within 24 hours of my request.
My online purchase for groceries was amazing cause I earned cash back thanks to ibotta and the way they let me know to earn my cash back.
I chose ibotta years ago because I friend referred me.
I just have to say I am so glad I no longer have to scan each individual item to get cash back anymore, it was such a pain! Thank you for removing that stipulation, as I would not scan my receipts for a couple of days and by then, the item may have already been used and thrown away. Also, cash back was quick. :) Thank you!

A lot of improvement is needed! 90% of the time the app will not recognize the deals and apply them. You have to click 'Go back' and search it yourself and apply them and even then the app does not recognize the deals and does not apply them. Then you have to contact Customer Care and ask them to apply it manually. It is a pain in the neck and I think it is being done purposely, just so they can get your receipt without paying you cash back. This way they will lose us. We will go to some other app where things are much simpler to use and apply it for you, so you don't have to go back and search for it for yourself, hoping that you didn't miss any cash back. It is an evil way how this Ibotta App works. They are pretty much hoping that they don't have to pay you, but they will collect data anyways.

Why not? Easy to use. Every little bit of rebate adds up. Plus once in a while, I’ll try something new. Much better than clipping coupons. Love most of the bonuses. Miss the team option.
Items that are pictured and described are then rejected after having to scan barcodes. Items with rebates always seem to be brands other than what I bought on last few receipts. We shouldn't have to scroll through pages of offers to pick rebates.
I got a standard, programmed response.
It was much better at first. It had items I regularly buy and it would give rebates without scanning the barcodes. I don’t always do my receipts from home and don’t have the barcodes available.
