In less than a year of using Ibotta I have earned over $500 dollars. It's easy to cash out your earnings, set up your shopping trips either in store or online. I don't know why anyone would not use this program. Great care and response from customer service. It's $$$ in your pocket for buying brands and products you use. Try it!
My Winn Dixie card doesn't link with Ibotta! I've tried all suggestions such as removing the card and then adding it back to no avail. I usually have to take a receipt picture which is almost impossible to capture correctly. Very frustrating since I purposefully buy certain items for the points.

Been using this app forever now and I second over 300 dollars and I can't get my 80 dollars that I need back. Pretty messed up if you ask me wtf. I want my money

Some receipts don't drop, missing cash back on several occasions. Customer service via email has corrected a few but still missing some. It's become too time consuming to use.

I recently had a transaction hiccup while using Ibotta for an online purchase, but their customer service team quickly resolved the issue. Despite the transaction not going through correctly, I was pleasantly surprised to find that Ibotta still honored my cash back. I had purchased the 100 ounce from Harris teeter on May 6 2024 and in the Ibotta app you was to get $3 back and Ibotta gave me $1.50 back and that's incorrect I even submitted the receipt

Love all the savings/money Ibotta gives back, especially with how expensive things have been the last 3 years! The midweek & weekend bonuses are great, but the money back on gift cards is my favorite :)
I have not been able to figure out how to contact customer service when I do not get money back on certain items I have purchased. This last receipt I did purchase 2 nature valley items, but the print on the receipt, just happens to be off slightly, so it looks as though I have only purchased 1box, but I actually did buy 2. So it won't even give me the option to scan my items.
A friend introduced me to Ibotta about a year ago.
I purchased a product it said 15 to 18 count I got it I went to scan my receipt and it said could not be found. Half the time the product Ibotta gives Its products I don't use. My friend says purchase it anyway but to me that money I spent on something that will sit in my cabinets. I wish they would put products I actually used. But I do love I can scan any receipt and get.10 back.

Ibotta needs more any item rebates. Some users buy store brands.

I have used Ibotta for 5 years or more! Why people don't take the money they GIVE you for taking a pic of a receipt is beyond me. Customer service with any rebate question is quick and they get it resolved. In a world where you can't rely on ANY CUSTOMER SERVICE, Ibotta is refreshing.
I have tried to claim missing cash on my purchases from today and I am being told they don't show on my receipt. They clearly are on my receipt and this is extremely frustrating.

I wanted to try it,and I am glad I did. I’m on Ibotta a lot checking offers to use when I go shopping. A good way to earn money.
I had 2 receipts that were denied due to being too old although they were not. I submitted a request to fix it, and they responded quickly. They fixed it immediately, and I was pleased with their rapid response and ability to easily resolve the issue.
I bought 12 items all prechecked before shopping, verified correct item, paid and scanned receipt. Three items came back ineligible. Eventually they were credited but while they did that they then made 2 others ineligible. I saw they came back as purchase able again so I scanned items and receipt again. This is after more than 10 emails. So how did u help me. Should have been a much less frustrating experience.

I love getting cash back from products that I already purchase normally. I save up until Christmas and cash out. The only thing I don't like is the fact that on the 100% cash back, there are a lot of pet coupons and I don't have any pets. You can't get it tailored to your needs.
You can’t ask your own questions. They have pre-automated questions that had nothing to do with what I needed.
Getting cash back on products that I normally buy is a great incentive.
