In less than a year of using Ibotta I have earned over $500 dollars. It's easy to cash out your earnings, set up your shopping trips either in store or online. I don't know why anyone would not use this program. Great care and response from customer service. It's $$$ in your pocket for buying brands and products you use. Try it!
My Winn Dixie card doesn't link with Ibotta! I've tried all suggestions such as removing the card and then adding it back to no avail. I usually have to take a receipt picture which is almost impossible to capture correctly. Very frustrating since I purposefully buy certain items for the points.
There's really no downside. Sometimes you get cash back for things you would be buying anyway, sometimes it offers 100% cash back on new products for you to try, and there's always bonuses available to earn extra money just for redeeming a certain number of offers.
They are constantly not giving the proper cashback. I can have a Frequent shopper card linked, and it still doesn't give the right cash back. Constantly not recognizing what's on a receipt. Constantly having to submit missing cashback and taking pictures of items and receipts and submitting evidence to get the proper cash back. It's exhausting how to do this consisted basis. Once again today right after this review, I have to do a missing cashback again. I was supposed to get $2.60 back and it gave me $.10. So here we go again, and this is always happening. I'm tired of the excuses and I'm tired of having to argue to get the cash back. Always giving the excuses of did you add the item before you shopped. Yes I did. I've been doing this for years, so I'm not a dummy. Did you scan the barcode to make sure it's correct. I've been doing this for years. I'm not a dummy. The errors are on their end, not my end. They're just full of excuses.
It’s the same experience every time. Full of excuses and trying to blame the customer on why they didn’t get the cash back.

The times I've had issued, they were resolved very quickly! Very happy with the Customer Service!
They asked me for specific info I gave them the info they asked for and I received my cash back.

I bought a gift card for Papa Johns and they didn't accept it. I wrote to Ibotta and they very kindly and promptly returned the money to my account.
They wouldn't honor their cash back because they value profits over people. A waste to go through and choose items when they won't give you the cash back. Guess they need the money more than the customers. Just returned my items since it wasn't worth it for me.
They are part of the reason why prices are so high, companies have to raise prices so Ibotta can "discount" them even though they won't give you the money.
I love ibotta. I have saved so much money from this app. All I have to do is snap a picture of my receipt.
I enjoy using this app for so many different stores. You have many opportunities in earning cash back. It's a great app and the customer service group answers all questions and gets back to you quickly!
Very easy to use, just need to check rebate before leaving store. I generally do mine in the store.

Today I bought a watermelon at Winn Dixie and submitted it for a $1.00 rebate and it was rejected each time even though it met the instructions.
Ibotta makes it very hard to use.
I used to love Ibotta before they partnered with Walmart. Now, it's not worth my trouble. I liked being able to save up my rewards and then cash them out and use them for things I wanted or sometimes for gift cards. Now it's taken me well over a year to reach $5. When I eventually have enough to cash out I will delete the app and be done with Ibotta. There are much easier and better apps out there now.
My issues were resolved but it took a lot of copying receipts and bar codes to get a resolution.
At first I chose Ibotta because I could get rebates for shopping at Walmart and accumulate them to use fir gift cards. It was great and I loved it. Now that Ibotta partnered with Walmart, I have to use the.rebates at Walmart and cannot accumulate them for use elsewhere. 😑

I thought you guys was a cash back app but you apparently only want to give a certain amount. Guess I won't be using this app and I'll be telling my friends and family members to do the same.

I've been using Ibotta for 3 years and have found quite a few savings. As a vegetarian I find there are not many offers to save on plant based products. My only other frustration is when I add a product, find the same product by description and picture and yet after purchasing the item I'm told the barcode does not match.
Ability to save a little with the increasing costs of everything.
It couldn't have been easier to make some cash back. I just opened the Ibotta app, scanned my receipt and viola!

I love using Ibotta it has saved me several dollars. I would recommend very easy to use especially since I am very tech handicapped. The Help team was very good at helping me get into my account when I was having troubles. Great experience with using to save money and also with their support team.
Have been using this cash back app for years. Stopped using all the other ones because they were not offering what I was usually purchasing and were too cumbersome.
My first submission was refused but upon resubmitting and scanning product bar codes and receipt again I was promptly given credit
Offers on what I was usually purchasing. Some offers can be purchased up to 5 times. Fast credit and quick resolve on any problem with a credit.
It’s the only money back app I have actually stuck with.
The response time to fix a problem is fast and efficient.
Always lots of products to save on and the app is user friendly!

Generally speaking, I've enjoyed using Ibotta. What I don't enjoy is missing out on getting $2 for a product that I did purchase, was on my receipt, exactly the right size and brand, yet not getting the bonus. Come on! Sure, it's only $2, but this seems to be happening more and more lately. Do better, Ibotta!

Listen I pride myself on my shopping trip, (well it's actually a haul) lol like the big one for the month, as I'm sure a lotta people do, so I was just curious why don't u have a make it rain bonus on the 17th so I don't miss out on the fun! This girl loves her bonuses 🥂
Ibotta pointed out to me that i had an eligible item that i could redeem from an on line purchase. I was not aware of this item having ibotta cash back. They gave me 24 hours to claim the rebate. Very nice as i would have missed out on a nice amount of cash back. Thank you!
