In less than a year of using Ibotta I have earned over $500 dollars. It's easy to cash out your earnings, set up your shopping trips either in store or online. I don't know why anyone would not use this program. Great care and response from customer service. It's $$$ in your pocket for buying brands and products you use. Try it!
My Winn Dixie card doesn't link with Ibotta! I've tried all suggestions such as removing the card and then adding it back to no avail. I usually have to take a receipt picture which is almost impossible to capture correctly. Very frustrating since I purposefully buy certain items for the points.
Sometimes Kroger has these reduce prices on items. Sometimes they ring in Kroger item sometimes they ring in the brand. Ibotta will sometimes give you cash back sometimes they won't and you have no way to submit a claim! It's very frustrating
It’s very hard to submit a request for missing cash but if someone does contact, they usually are very helpful. I took pictures of my items to prove I bought them and have no way to send. Last 2 transactions I missed cash back on Gold Bond lotion( the exact one you have to check and when I tried to report it. It said barcode didn’t qualify??? Today they wouldn’t give me Ole El Paso for the same reason!

Made a purchase through Chewy in Ibotta. I didn't receive the cash back and sent in request to Ibotta. They sent cash back even though the offer had expired.
It's been ok so far wish I could earn faster but I don't get alot of the stuff on your site

I shopped at Piggly Wiggly, I have my account linked to Ibotta. I forgot to check to see if there was any cash back items to add before I checked out. They contacted me to ket me know I missed some cash back. I thought I just missed out on it, but they told me how to get the cash back. That was great that they did that.
I am shopping anyways so why wouldn't I use Ibotta to get cash back. It makes my money go further.
I've saved probably hundreds n was able to use the gift cards to get gifts for Christmas so I'm all in for that

I have had no issues with Ibotta. Several times there were rebates that did not show up and as soon as I brought it to your attention, you told me what I needed to do so we could resolve the issue and every time the issue was resolved quickly. I am very pleased with Ibotta!
I had a few rebates that didn't go through. I followed the directions on the app and the problem was resolved quicky without much effort on my end. I really appreciate this!
The simplicity of the program. There are other programs out there that just made things too complicated. I am sticking with you.
I'm loving this app even more after today's shopping experience. After receiving an email regarding the total app dollars I had earned from this order, I received another email letting me know that I had purchased an additional item that was eligible for a rebate and how to add it to my order. I submit a request to Ibotta and they are always very quick to respond and rectify the problem. I really appreciate the turn around time and results
I bought 2 items, scanned 2 items, received credit for only 1. Happens too frequently. Is frustrating.and customer service is a hassle over $.60 but it is frustrating

Ibotta emailed me to say they saw a purchase I had not claimed, but they allowed me to after the fact and gave me the $1.50!
Probably the first rebate app I ever saw.
I had half of my cash back missing not because of Ibotta but because Walmart online sent my package in two separate orders for the same offer. So the first package that came in took up my offer. So went the second came in they helped get the full limit offer to me!
This app is such a a waste of time for the little bit of money you get back. It should work more like Fetch.

Had issues with my account, (not sure what happened) looked like my rewards were gone for good. I reached out to the Ibotta site, they pretty much held my hand through the process and I'm Very Happy to say my rewards were recovered and back in my account.
The first person I had corresponded with wasn't understanding what had happened, but then I was contacted by another person that was able to assist me right away and it was greatly appreciated!
Great experience and their app is easy to navigate 😊 when there are any issues, the team members are there to help you resolve the concern.
Ibotta is not a great app for myself. It never picks up all of my rebates. I always have to correct the receipt,
