In less than a year of using Ibotta I have earned over $500 dollars. It's easy to cash out your earnings, set up your shopping trips either in store or online. I don't know why anyone would not use this program. Great care and response from customer service. It's $$$ in your pocket for buying brands and products you use. Try it!
My Winn Dixie card doesn't link with Ibotta! I've tried all suggestions such as removing the card and then adding it back to no avail. I usually have to take a receipt picture which is almost impossible to capture correctly. Very frustrating since I purposefully buy certain items for the points.
Although looking for money back deals can be somewhat time consuming, it's so worth it!

I heard about this app and was thrilled, but now I'm seeing there's a lot of packaged processed food options, no fresh healthy foods. (Boxed is not healthy) just thought there would be more of a variety on here.

Twice now I have been missing cash back on items I have purchased from hannaford. My account is linked and I do not submit receipt and there is no way to submit for missing items. Last week I was missing 1 item that would have qualified for an extra bonus and when I reported that nothing was ever done. And I still got an email asking how they did

Ibotta is not only the best saving/couponing app, but also it is very easy to use.

I think you need to add more products since groceries cost so much. You spend all that money and get a Nicole. This is crap

The Ibotta app is easy to use (just check what you plan to buy and scan a receipt!). It's great to get money back on items I'm already buying! It's easy to redeem for gift cards or paypal. Customer Service has always been responsive if a rebate did not go through. Highly recommend!
Once again I did not get my cash reward! I bought 5 twitch and did not get credit! Last week I bought several things that I deserved credit for. One of them was Gain pods!
Ibotta should be able to go through my receipt and figure out where I was cheated?

I was missing some cash back and it was taken care of efficiently and timely. Wish all problems in life were handled with such ease.
I sincerely appreciated all those from Ibotta who worked with me to resolve my issue. Although it was a hassle for both of us the matter was resolved and in a very timely matter. The only thing that couldn't be explained was my receipt from the Piggly Wiggly grocery store. That account is linked to Ibotta and how the receipt Ibotta received is different than the actual paper receipt is still a mystery. The receipt Ibotta received had two items at the bottom of the receipt that were not purchased by me! I did send a copy of the actual receipt. How they were different still can't be explained. But the team at Ibotta was still able to straighten things out and I am grateful for that. I still enjoy using Ibotta and will continue to do so. Thanks again!
I have been using Ibotta for a few years now. My lifetime earnings is about $1300. It's a great way to get rebates on products I normally use, as well as an opportunity to try new products. As I mentioned, I have been using Ibotta for a while. I have only had one bad experience, and it was last Thanksgiving. Other than that, everything has been great.
I contacted last Thanksgiving for a rebate on a turkey breast, for which I should have received $13.00. while in the store, through the Ibotta app, I scanned the barcode on the turkey breast, and it said it was a match. When I got home and submitted the receipt, the match didn't show, so I manually re-scanned the turkey breast. After NUMEROUS tries, Ibotta still wouldn't recognize it as a valid purchase. This was the only time I was disappointed. Customer service couldn't help me or find a valid answer. I was out $13.
Easy to use format, and very quick turn around time for money to go into my Ibotta account. Basically, it's easy. I tend to pre plan my shopping trips to maximize savings, and planning with Ibotta helps me do that.
Didn't receive cash back on certain grocery items. Contacted Ibotta Help and they resolved the issue immediately and I received my cash back. Very happy with the quick response!
I shop alot on online and instore grocery. Have a great choice of retailers to choose from. Ibotta is easy to use and it's great to get cash back on items I buy. When time to receive my cash, Ibotta deposits directly into my checking or savings account in a timely manner and no hassles! Great way to save money and to have the extra money to spend as I wish. Would highly recommend!

I had a product that I did not get taken care of at first view of the receipt. I notified Ibotta help support and within an hour, I had my credit money in my account. Thank you for being so prompt with no problems.
The offers are never for what I use. It's always some off brand stuff. I can earn money only once in a while. I forget how hard it is to do. I have downloaded the app several times and deleted it. I tried to upload a receipt and it said it was past the date of 3/23. The date on the receipt is 3/23. I don't get it.
I am trying it again to see if anything changed.
