In less than a year of using Ibotta I have earned over $500 dollars. It's easy to cash out your earnings, set up your shopping trips either in store or online. I don't know why anyone would not use this program. Great care and response from customer service. It's $$$ in your pocket for buying brands and products you use. Try it!
My Winn Dixie card doesn't link with Ibotta! I've tried all suggestions such as removing the card and then adding it back to no avail. I usually have to take a receipt picture which is almost impossible to capture correctly. Very frustrating since I purposefully buy certain items for the points.
Since November I have gotten over 130$ another 30$ on its way. I will never stop using ibotta I would rather have money back for everyday purchases. Support always takes care of your issues!
Very efficient and fast. Rarely do I have an issue and they always take care of it.

The watermelon came from Acadia, Fl, and says so on the scanner code area. I was disappointed not to get the $1 for any watermelon from Florida.
Not sure how to contact Customer Service
I just started using this app about two weeks ago. The part I don't understand is where you choose your grocery store and select "shop", which is what I did. Twice it's said it's for "any" receipt and will work with your loyalty number. This is not working.
I love the concept, and love to save money on things I buy normally.

I have an account using my regular email but it kicks me out then requires me to sign in with a 6 digit code that never comes to me! I had to create a new account with a different email but I don't know if I will continue using this stupid app! I can't get to my money I've saved up on my other account with my embarqmail.com account!
I have had this same issue before and it’s now doing it again. I don’t have time for this nonsense!

Ibotta is wonderful source I have found for cash back and offerings I have absolutely enjoyed using it and have referred many people, however I haven't received a lot of referral bonuses with that being said

The app is awesome and although I am slow to accumulate money, it is a lot of fun.
My upload took longer than normal to process. Once investigated, all was good.

They block me my app with almost $100 always the found one excuse to have my money very bad app and they block the mails too

I scanned items on the app in the store, the bar code matches. I check out redeem my receipt and then I didn't get the credit for the item. I dig the item out of my bag and scan as missing item…again it matches up. Three days later the receipt is finalized and I still get no credit. Now I have to start over and send in a notification that I am missing cash back!

I was missing a couple of cash back items and Ibotta was very quick to reply and credit me back. THANK YOU IBOTTA.
Sometimes an item you bought doesn't get credited for whatever reason. And sometimes it can take some repeated prodding to get it done. But it's most often resolved satisfactory. The problem is when it doesn't complete a bonus even when they credit $$$$ money for the item. All in all, kudos 👏 for the customer service representatives doing a mostly thankless job.
Submitted my receipt and within 10 minutes my money was added.
I like the options they give and have used them for a few years now. Never a problem.
I had issues with cash back and their care team was able to help me with my account. It was an easy process as long as you have your receipt.

Unmute, the coupon in, I've gotten pretty good with it at CBS in with everything that has been going on my health. These cash back discounts make up a large portion of our finances in which I cannot contribute because I'm disabled

I needed help with my account, and not being able to log in. The responses back were very quick, and explained how to fix my problem. I'm very pleased.
I asked why I couldn't withdrawl and why they kept saying I did when didn't had to change my password 3 times in order to get account back I'm thinking people there hack others and steal the money for themselves

This app is so easy to link your MVP cards or if you have to, upload a receipt! The app is easy to use just be sure you see the stores in which the cash back offers apply. I have saved so much extra money with the flash sales and daily grocery item deals. The offers are on pretty much most things you might would buy, which is nice. Coming from someone who has saved over $200 extra over and above other coupons you might have, I love iBotta!
