In less than a year of using Ibotta I have earned over $500 dollars. It's easy to cash out your earnings, set up your shopping trips either in store or online. I don't know why anyone would not use this program. Great care and response from customer service. It's $$$ in your pocket for buying brands and products you use. Try it!
My Winn Dixie card doesn't link with Ibotta! I've tried all suggestions such as removing the card and then adding it back to no avail. I usually have to take a receipt picture which is almost impossible to capture correctly. Very frustrating since I purposefully buy certain items for the points.

Including nasal spray, pills and eye drops I should have gotten 44.00 rebates with all the products, I was only given 29.00 and you can not talk to anyone about clearing up the issues. I was sent a letter to resend the receipt, I did that and also rescanned the items and still didn't get the correct amount.

The times I've needed to contact support are quite a few in my opinion. Most reps are great and ready what I send in careful and fix my issues. Unfortunately the app is the reason I need to contact support so often. It will recognize offers when I submit my receipt my doesn't credit me on all offers. And when I contact support they can't see I activated the offer that I didn't receive credit for even though I did.
Long story short. Customer service reps are great. App definitely needs work.
Ibotta used to be pretty good 👍 The last couple of years, though, many grocery receipts are missing. I've emailed customer support and they end up giving me some credit, but it's not correct.

I've had to submit tickets for a few transactions lately and customer service support has gone above and beyond to help. As late as 11pm, they were emailing me, reviewing receipts, and updating my account. I am very pleased with the service given.
I've seen the TV ad's and finally decided to try it. It was pretty easy to figure out how it works and very user friendly (especially for someone who is bad with technology). I like the many stores to choose from as well.
I could always use some extra cash.

I scanned the new Snapple drink fire in store. It matched, then another item SUN popped up for $1.00. I bought the Sun Snapple. I buy Snapple Sun, & fire, also scan bubbly. I get home & the SUN Snapple doesn't match cause it was to be bought at another store? Why then did it come up when I was at Tops & it looked like an offer? Frustrating! But to make matters worse the fire snapples & bubbly had to be rescanned to submit & now it comes back as they weren't seen on the receipt. Ugh 😣
Usually when I contact , the matter gets resolved, but the message makes it seem as if they are doing me a favor, as if I did something wrong , not a glitch of a computer program problem.

I have repeatedly sent emails regarding the fact that my account is temporarily locked for my protection and to contact customer service. I have done so over 10 times and no response. I have worked hard for these earnings and I'm highly disappointed.
There is nothing to describe because no one has emailed me back over a week now I’ve been in Ibotta customer for over two years or more. I will not recommend your company for poor customer service.

Ibotta is a great incentive to try new items, but also earns you cash back on your regular use items. They have a large selection of places that you can get cash back. I consistently use it, and have received over $1300. I let it build up, and then transfer $75 to my checking account. It's like getting a free gift every so often. I recommend it to everyone I know.
My daughter had some co-workers tell her about it, and she passed it on to me.

I am very grateful for the opportunity that Ibotta gives me to earn cash back, but I don't care for the AI-type responses that really do no read/understand the question or realize the extent of what I have tried already. I love Ibotta. Their site is very easy to use. You can go back-and-forth between your checked off Ibotta items and the store you're shopping in. There are a lot of unconventional items in any particular store that you can choose from.

I thought this would be like clipping coupons and it is to some extent, but you're getting my entire receipt, don't you see what I got that's on your list of offers. I'm telling you I'm gong to Ralph's to shop, with the aide of bot that you're using, can't you see that I bought what you wanted me to buy.

I don't buy processed foods very much. So this pays very little. More earnings ingredients would be great. Butter, flour, fruit, vegetables, sugar, spices to name a few.
