Amazing you get cash back for items that you purchased everyday it just takes a little bit of time to go through and select offers that are right for yo.u many stores to choose from. Great customer service when I needed it responded very quickly to my issues and was helped able to help resolve all my problems

They make you jump through hoops to get the rebates, and then hold your money hostage. I think this will be the last time I try to use Ibotta honestly. It is getting more stressful to collect any rebates these days.

I sent email yesterday evening to help resolve an issue I was having with receipt not working on a certain discount. Hour later I was cleaning out emails and already had a response. I was extremely surprised and really appreciative of the customer service I received.

It's great for saving money on items you need! Easy to use and a lot of options!

I appreciate very much the katcjing but I scratch my head when I think of the time wasted for 50 cents often enough. You can't find the item, going back and forth. Hiring extra people to check if you submitted the item …. Already twice this week.

I had an issue pop up a few days after a purchase where points were taken away after they had been approved. I couldn't reach out through my transaction because the items were incorrectly marked as ineligible so when i pressed missing cash back i couldnt resubmit those items. There was no other way to contact support so I went through the chat bot in the help page and asked it for a person several time until it gave me the option to write in to a team member on my own. I reached a team member who didn't understand my original complaint but happily granted me 2 dollars however my issue was unresolved. I reached out again and thankfully a team member named jovie contacted me, she reviewed the transaction, in which she recognized and solved the issue. Thank you Jovie for being thorough!

Ibotta is such a cool app. I wish I had found it sooner, it's so cool getting cash back on everyday items I love! It's great you can earn bonuses and earn money and that's a truly beautiful thing when you're a parent of a teenager and a toddler like myself! :)

The Ibotta customer service has been exceptional. Even though I have had some issues with getting credits along the way, they have always worked with me on getting them resolved.

I recently had a little difficulty with an Ibotta offer which was resolved immediately after contact with them. Thank you! I really count on the savings your organization provides my family.

Example-I bought an 18 pack of pedigree wet dog food in the packets and it was turned down. This is not the first time this has happened. It's become the norm now to have products rejected.

I contacted Ibotta because I did not receive cash back on an offer. But I had forgotten I received the cash back from the retailer.

Customer service responded quickly and was very helpful.

I was supposed to get a certain amount that I had checked off for some items, but ended up getting half the amount for no reason. I can no longer trust this company and will delete my app.

I do use but at homeland I can't get the offers for some reason. I have the homeland card and it's registered with ibis's but I never see cash back. I usually don't shop at homeland anyway their prices are significantly higher than Walmart.

I bought a Sam's membership through ibotta, and I did not get the credit. So, I contacted customer service and they took care of it. I really appreciate their help and wonderful service. They also respond super fast! Use ibotta...it is so worth it!

I also use FETCH, and Ibotta is SO much more complicated. I scanned my first receipts yesterday and I had to take one of the pictures about five times before it would be accepted. I have never had that problem in FETCH. To Ibotta: IT DOESN'T HAVE TO BE THAT DIFFICULT.

I am very happy with my experience using Ibotta. I earn money buying the products that I usually use.

I have received almost $3000.00 back, money that would have been sitting out there that is now in my pocket. If you have been on the fence you should really just download and try it out.

I made an online purchase with rebate. I did not get the full rebate initially and reached out to the help center. I expressed my disappointment and the team make it right and gave me the rebate I expected!

In the last month I have had to go through all your hoops to get the cash back I earned on purchases. I have to track it and request the amounts. You have given me credit for two items on one receipt and missed six others. But mostly the entire receipt is just ignored. When it try to submit the receipt, it tells me it has already been submitted. You have subsequently asked to submit a copy of the receipt so you can verify the purchases - I already submitted a photo with the original request!
Not to mention that after all of this, you finally give me the credits, but don't apply the purchases to the bonuses. I have repeatedly asked for help to figure out what is wrong with my linked card and walmart and am told that I might be using another card that is linked - NOT, I have ONE credit card. There is a problem on your end

I get lip service and excuses. Eventually after I have to do a ton of submitting descriptions for eighteen items and the amount due for each and keep track of the receipt and resubmit it a couple times, I will get the cash due, but sorry they won’t count towards the bonuses

Even if the purchase isn't initially recognized, you allow the opportunity to prove our purchase. And the process is always easy. Thank you.
