In less than a year of using Ibotta I have earned over $500 dollars. It's easy to cash out your earnings, set up your shopping trips either in store or online. I don't know why anyone would not use this program. Great care and response from customer service. It's $$$ in your pocket for buying brands and products you use. Try it!
My Winn Dixie card doesn't link with Ibotta! I've tried all suggestions such as removing the card and then adding it back to no avail. I usually have to take a receipt picture which is almost impossible to capture correctly. Very frustrating since I purposefully buy certain items for the points.
They have a ton of offers and I usually get about 10-15% of my order back in cash back!
Even if I miss an offer, they always fix it for me! A+

I am so tired of having to ask for a review. I deliberately have Ibotta items on 1 receipt. I bought 2 different Bumble Bee tuna to complete the $7 bonus and originally they were accepted as two required items. When I was finally credited, it was changed. This happens 2 out of 5 times!

While when you get all your rebates, it's wonderful and easy, I don't get at least 15% of my rebates. Trying to get them after is awful they need you to screen capture or whatever, send it, date, time, what, who, and they are not easy to work with. I feel like they just keep sending the same message, until YOU figure it out, or give up. I ve gotten back over $750 dollars, but it leaves a bad taste in my mouth that I've lost a lot, and paid more money for products than I would have liked.
Not helpful, even when I wrote about not being helpful, they were not helpful.
I don't understand why, when you redeem offers on walmart.com, they don't count towards bonuses.
An offer was not credited, so I contacted customer service. I bought the exact product that was listed, yet was told it wasn't the right one, but they would go ahead and accept it. Acted like they were doing me a favor when they were in the wrong.

I'm thinking about getting a different app. There's not a lot of things in the app that I use. You don't get enough from Sam's club.

The app is not difficult to work and the customer service (when i needed it) is good. When I first signed up I was getting a total of approximately $20 per month. This time it has taken me 3 months to get to $19.50 (still shy of $20 as I enter month 4). My shopping habits haven't changed. Being a little un-trusting - I think the algorithm is holding back on cash backs they know I like. They are trying to force me to try a product they're pushing. I don't appreciate that.

A couple of people told me it was easy to use (and it is!). And, in this economy I can use all the savings I can get.
I submitted a receipt for over $900 of which I was supposed to get 2% back & I got less than $5 back.
I had to submit numerous receipts and still didn’t get the money back that I was supposed to get.

I use Ibotta on a regular basis and I am very happy with the offer. I addition, when I have to contact customer service, they respond quickly and credit me account.
Had issue with a rebate due to the cashier scanned a product twice on my receipt causing me to go to customer service counter to get money back for the second scan. Therefore it made it look like I returned the item totally. So I had to have assistance to get the actual product that was eligible for rebate to process. I was assisted in a quick and professional manner. I appreciate Ibotta and the service I received from those who took care of my issue. Thank you!

I had to contact customer service for missing credit. They explained to me why it was missing (it was my error) After submitting a few other things, although they didn't need to (because like I said, my fault) they did issue my the money my offer was valid for. They instructed me on how to submit for online pick up orders so I can get proper credit in the future.
It's easy to earn money back on things you normally buy. Just check the app, shop and earn.

I love Ibotta. The bonus offers are fun to try to save even more. I only wish the bonus offers lasted longer. Sometimes it's hard to be successful when you only have a day or two.

I purchased a 141 oz all detergent and on the ibotta app it says that there's a $4 rebate when I scan the item it said this is correct when I Uploaded the receipt it only gave me a $3 credit
I used to trust it
I bought 2 chocolate bunnies from CVS. When I scanned the receipt it gave me credit for one so went back and added the 2nd bunny. It appeared to give me credit for the 2nd bunny but when it deposited the $ it still only gave me credit for 1 bunny

My experience is usually positive. There are times when I scan A product and it's right and then I don't get credit for it. It says wrong item.
Because the cash that adds up, I can use it at the register.
New update problem-If I'm searching for things to add to my list and I get a text or a call, and come back to my offers, it resets back to the beginning instead of where I left off. This is highly inconvenient.

My only negative is that I frequently must double check to ensure that all of my savings were processed and then report them. This has happened with loyalty cards as well as non loyal card stores.
The customer service does resolve any issues I raise.
My only negative is that it’s hard to connect with customer service on the app and I usually go through an email to contact them.
A friend shared that it was easy to use and I use coupons.
