IGV do nothing for the scammers

I'm be scam with the seller Sigma. The command: SO******************* and I talk with a live agent. He don't want to be refund me directly while I be scammed (so he's in the side of the scammer). He want I talk with the scammer but I can't. Really not a good experience. 250$ in the trash. And I speak with iGV support on discord, he really in the seller side. Really don't buy in this website if you not want to be scam and you want a refund!
