ILGM was bought by Barney's Farm and they have a 2.2 Trustpilot. I received 20 seeds and 13 didn't germinate and 6 didn't sprout and one is on life support. Asked for my replacement as guaranteed and they are ignoring me. Crappy seeds. Crappy customer service. And Crappy company. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! By the way, I'm a farmer and all of the other seeds I got from elsewhere are doing great. Also, I heard ILGM gives your information to local authorities.
They sent 20 seeds, 12 grew but they grew funny, spiraling and long. I contacted them and they responded bu asking me how I germinated and how long and they would try to help me. Not a word after that! I would definitely suggest shopping at a different company as tgey d not care if they satisfy customers and do not care to respond.

I put alot of effort into trying to produce results. Plants were started in a pot, when I realized they were not growing after the first 2-3 weeks, I bought a greenhouse and gave extra attention. Plants still didn't produce no more than 3-5 sets of leaves. Only got as tall as the size of my hand.
Update 6/5/24 yes, don't buy seeds from ilgm.com (read proof below) see the picture of 5/5 Attitude seed bank seeds with tadpoles in 2 days (below). That's what they should be like, not the10 duds and wasted time ilgm sent me twice. Shame in them, they should refund my $$. Do better people!
7/28/21 was my first order with ILGM.com when I bought 5 Granddaddy Purple fem seeds. Everything went super, quick delivery, 100% germination. Then 9/18/22 ordered 5 Bruce Banner fem seed and all failed to germinate. Excellent customer service gave me account credit. Waited until 2/20/24 to use that credit and purchased 5 MK Ultra fem seeds and just tried to germinate six days ago, another fail! Before and inbetween these dates I used other seed banks without issue and have 10 years experience. I love the company, the site, CS, but wholly crap, two fails in a row and I have to move on... Just ordered from The Attitude and gave up on ILGM because these delays have been real bummers for my schedule. Out $100 for a lot of effort wasted. Very sad 😠i cannot recommend it try again myself, shame.

Ordered 10 GG4 seeds. Got them very fast. 3 looked as though they were stepped on. Sarah answered my email in less than 12 hours on superbowl weekend. She sent me replacements lickedy split. I was satisfied enough to order 10 apple fritter seeds again so they earned my repeat business.

H! I purchased some items but before I received my order I realized I wanted something different. I contacted Claire who said I could return items and choose something more suitable. LGM has a sprouting warranty.
Only 13 of 20 sprouted.
I sent multiple requests using their customer support form emails etc. and I get no reply.
Most disappointing.
They did ship fast.

Fast Delivery: I ordered my seeds on 1/9/24 and my seeds were in my hot hands on 1/13/24
Great Customer: On the morning of 1/12/24 USPS tracking showed my seeds had been delivered, as the post office admitted they had been delivered to the wrong address. I contacted ilmg that morning that my seeds had been left at the wrong address and within hours Sarah from ilgm contacted me to let me know what their experience has been with the USPS and to ask that I give it a little more time. I contacted my post office and they corrected their mistake and I had my seeds on 1/13/24.
I was getting emails from ilgm through the weekend checking on my situation, whether were auto-generated or not ilgm let me know they hadn't forgotten about me.

I received my order and was disappointed because all seeds were crushed. I sent an email with an attached photo of the seeds. They let me know that a replacement order was being shipped to me. Within a week I had my order in my hands and not a single seed wad damaged.
