At a time that Fitment Industries was back ordered for close to a year on some Gram Lights wheels I really wanted, I was able to get those same wheels through IIR within a week or so at a great price. IIR's customer service has also quickly helped me numerous times.

They are bad, I ordered an item only to be told a day later no stock, I then contact them about another item and NOTHING. The email I got says their photos are broken? Worst online company I have ever dealt with, no I have to try and recover the $550. DONT ORDER FROM HERE!

I have ordered a EDFC TEIN active control package. The suspension arrived in a Torn flimsy box. The EDFC system also came the same day but when I opened the box I was very disappointed to see the old outdated EDFC style my friends has from 10 years ago in a new style EDFC box. I thought I'm being scammed but when I reached out to the company they said they will reach out to the supplier. That was the last time I was able to reach the company. I tried calling, but the voice mail box is full so it hangs up, I tried the email support to have no answer. I tied the support chat on the website only to be ignored for days on end. That is the last time I will order from them. Good luck

My brother ordered for me a combo 38/40mm EWG package and give it to me for Christmas gift over a year ago but I haven't unbox it until now but when I open it the up pipe and wastegate are 2 different size and it won't fit together because the up pipe was 44mm but on the box say 38/40mm so I try to email them to get it exchange but they barely reply me back and ( the answer is no) they won't get it exchange for me when I still have the receipt and order number for it. I unfortunately won't buy anything from them never ever again! Suck as company if I can I will give them 0 stars

I've bought a few things from them. Pretty good shipping time and great products. I love the quality of the brands that they sell.

Talk about a absolutely horrible company. Ordered a few things for my sti. Shipped fast with great INITAL customer service. Once they got the sale they disappeared. I ordered a complete fog light kit since my sti didn't come with any. The glass olm housing were described as a complete kit with both wiring and a new switch bezel. Sounded great and exactly what I needed so obviously I ordered it. When all my orders finally came in the olm fog kit simply had just the glass housings, a plastic mount to put them into the bezels and cheap power/ground wires. The webpage clearly states what it comes with and when questioned it turned into days of let me contact the distributor. They only fixed the description of the item when I told them to simply change it so they don't run into this issue again. I was offered a $30 refund to buy the harness and switch separately, welp the harness alone is $70. So instead of gaining thousands more in sales simply from me, I'll make sure to go out of my way to warn anyone else about what a terrible company they are. Mistakes happen, but how you fix them and utilize(or don't in this case) you customer service is what separates a mediocre company from a great company. I wouldn't buy a oil drain plug crush washer from these clowns.

Everything I have ordered from them has been the fastest shipping. I did have a problem with the bearing that came with my clutch their customer service answered me back faster than any other and they got a hold of the manufacturer and got the issue taken care of. They definitely have my repeat business
