InboxDollars owes me a delayed reward from 6-13-25. Now today all surveys display the 403 Forbidden message. The site also doesn't respond to tickets. When I click to view my ticket it takes me to https://www.swagbucks.com to sign in.

I got an American Express gift card that keeps declining. Now it's none to contact American Express and I feel like that's doing too much. The issues I have with the site is in order to redeem. You have to have a certain amount and it takes 3 business days to receive your payment and other rewards that depend for even longer and they luck you off surveys for no reason after almost completing them. It's kind of ridiculous actually.
I received the email to redeem my prepaid card, I have the card info, and can see that it has $10 on it. Even though I have all the needed card info, I still cant use it anywhere, online or in person.
