The Accountant went home early on a Friday so cannot help to Monday. Come Monday cannot find anyone to help you. I cannot understand why they cannot just return your deposit when you don't wish to trade with them. It seems unless you wish to trade that's when they love you, and then something happens when you wish to pull out. And they don't want to talk to you then.
My advise is do not touch them with a bargepole.

Don't even think about it they are scammers and they use your ID to open overseas account for laundering money and you won't get your money back and they are not regulated and registered in any country when they get your money you won't be able to communicate with them

To be honest, I almost gave up on this site with the enrollment process and all that KYC stuff you have to fill in. Good thing I didn't though because it's got everything you need to trade decently.
I heard that a lot of these sites give hard time when you want to withdraw but had no problems for me. Also their webinars are the best I've seen so far.
Tried it on mobile, it works super fast! Excellent spreas with very fast exicution. Overall a great website
It's a bit complex at first but once you get the hang of this website, it's actually pretty good. Works very fast, very minor glitches.
