After they've taken your money they present you with the notification that they will hold you already purchased product hostage, until you hand over all your personal information. Like a picture of you passport and credit card. Assuming that their protection of this information is at best "not $#*!", which is a wild assumption, it's a 50/50 on whether or not your passport and credit card information will end up on the dark web some day. Nobody in their right mind would ever hand over this information to some random game selling website.

I tried to get a copy of total war warhammer 1 today and instant gaming sent me a region locked code that i bought at the time that said worldwide code so not sure if its used or not but just cant get any help with it and as for customer service they are no help they want all my info for steam to see if its just a log in problem but no way.

Ridiculously untrustworthy. They sold me a duplicate code then their support made me a ping-pong ball between them and Steam support that lead nowhere.

I ended re-purchasing the same game from a competitor of theirs. Although I have used them in the past I won't be returning there, and told them so.

Look elsewhere.

I just ordered a few cheap game keys as everyone else here has. I got the routine "order held to ransome" because it needed verification after PayPal was used to complete the order. I uploaded a heavily blurred pic of my drivers licence where 100% only my name can be made out. I get an immediate message asking for more proof in the form of positive photo ID. I politely tell them to shove it and ask to cancel and refund. Once again I get an immediate message saying the "verification was complete".

Quick lesson points here kids.
01. Don't use this service.
02. Always use PayPal and not your CC details.
03. These messages are all PHP generated. There isn't someone answering to "validate". They are just getting as much private info as they can from you. How can they possibly confirm what you give them anyway?

It's all in the title: IG willingly and knowingly sells games that will not run on any modern system, and refuses refunds even though there is no way to know that they won't run on your system until you try to play them. Customer service was absolutely garbage too, refused to help even though they admitted that they knew the game wouldn't run. Their "terms of service" state there is no refund ever if you've already tried to redeem the key, but more than half the problems only come up after the key is used! They're happy to take your money and leave important information out of the specs so they can't claim that they said it would run, because they knew it wouldn't. I've been a customer of theirs for years but never again!

Y'all got me this stuff I've bought cheap as chips, it's ridiculous what they ask us to spend on games these days. I'm glad y'all can get these games elsewhere and get em cheap, it ain't your fault there's some loophole in the market that makes it possible.

Don't use this service. Firstly, your money is going to a shady company that will hold your keys to ransome AFTER payment is made. Typically they will ask for either a copy of your drivers licence or passport to "verify your purchase". Even if you pay with PayPal they will still try and extort highly personal info from you that isn't required to make a purchase anywhere else on the planet.
Secondly, checkout where the company is headquartered. Do we really need to support their economy?

I have bought Civilization IV access code from them but the code they have sent me was already activated by somebody else so useless for me! I have contacted their customer service but they were very unhelpful and refused to give me a refund!

They charge your account, then tell you that you need to verify before you can get your purchase. Verification requires sending them a picture of a photo ID, but they won't accept one with personal details removed.

"Instant Gaming" is the worst store I have ever seen!
They invent rules on the go, which are not written anywhere on the site! They can refuse service to you on their own initiative and block your account! If you were sold non-working code, then get ready to be ignored!
Customers are not respected here! With such an attitude towards their customers, you should not open online stores at all!

Total scam. I bought a code from them. This one didn't work (code was already used according to the system) They are not willing to fix this, but send me to EA with a long list of requirements. They should dive into this themselves, but they park the effort with the customer. Can't reach EA. Of course this is wrong, lost money, no game

To buy DLC for a game I had to go through various security checks, different payment methods, and after spending 2+ hours of purchasing procedure I was rejected.
If you value your time don't even think to buy from them. Discount their offer does not worth your time, and effort.

I purchased a however it takes ages to load & when it eventually did most of the options in game don't work. When attempted to contact the site the company has a have no direct contact except a ticketing system which is more than likely just a computer and not even a real person. I would suggest any one who is unhappy with this site to do a charge back on there purchase.

Me and my brother have been using instant gaming. I have not had any issues. I bought the sims 4 bundle off the site, choose a payment method. I used the skrill "guest" option. So because I was not registered on skrill it just charged an extra 66 cents. After I payed, no more than 30 seconds the cd key popped up. I went to origin an keyed it in, and it said it was successful. I waited for it to download which took about 20-40 minutes. I bought the bundle for Spa Day, Luxury Stuff, and Perfect Patio. Cost $26.57 plus skrill fee of 0.66 cents equal $27.23 I had total. After it was done, I noticed on their site a pop up showing when someone purchases an item and it updated and showed "last purchase of this item was 30 minutes ago". So it does show real-time.

They sent e-mail after Paypal transaction.
That wasn't key delivery.

They want my driver license or some. This is unfair.
Even infamous G2A treats me more kindly, at least as real customer.

Some reviewer say they "take security seriously" but... seriously?
Yes maybe they take their business seriously, but our security is not.

So, first time user of the site. First off it wants all of my address details for a digital code. Erm no. You have no need of that.

Then I purchase a game, and having already read of possible credit card fraud from them, decide to use paypal. Apparently that requires a code to be sent to my mobile number. So they do. And it rings me from an unknown number; instead of the usual text. I input the code, this now lets me use paypal. So I do. And Instant gaming rejects my payment. Why? I don't know. However having then read these reviews (which I wish I'd read before signing up) means I am not going to try again. There is something very dodgy about all this.

Bought Homeworld collection and after they made me do more than an hour of work and still no game whatsoever... they still think they can give me more chores in order to proof their damn useless steam key works. If there are any problems you will not get your money, I am going to have to get my money through my credit card because their customer support does not have the customer in mind.

If i could give zero starts I would.They took my money instantly yet I don't have a code to my game.They haven't replied to any of my emails or tickets (way to communicate) and they ask you to take a picture of your license I should've know they were a scam I will never use instant gaming again.

I got most of the way through buying something by Paypal and they asked me for my mobile number to send a confirmation code, next thing my phone is ringing with a call from a French number, this seems strange, most confirmation codes would be texted. I declined the call and went to shop on Steam itself, a little more expensive, but better than dealing with a possible scammer.

Bought a key for a game that is not finished nor according to the description, they still refuse to refund.
Sad they chose to take this stand instead of protecting their customers and make sellers responsible..

Really helpful support staff and they're always willing to support and help in any way possible. Their system is fast and to the point so you don't waste time through a bunch of screens. Though I'd really appreciate a feature where they include the price + the tax rate of the area you're buying the product in so customers know just how much they're going to spend before the checkout screen.

It took 12 hours for them to verify a purchase that ended in me being so cheesed i asked for a refund which i am now waiting a WEEK for. There is nothing instant about this site. Use cdkeys or g2a. Not this

I bought a game that they claimed was worldwide and turns out it's not. I contacted their support and they gave me steps to deal with the issue. I come back with screenshots from Steam themselves proving I did not activate the code and yet they still refuse to give me a refund. Scam site, do not buy.
