My experience Vishwas was very good. He was able to help me solve the problem very quickly using Putty and Puttygen to convert the key. We were able to login to Redhat Instance. He then showed me how to attach the EFS file system to the Redhat Instance. We then did df -h to display the attached filesystem. Very good service. Thanks very much for your support!
