False commitment, then they sent me to the wrong address for marriage registration, no refund, and now no response

Its worst platform to get your RTO related work. Better get some local agent. I paid 4.5K for getting NOC for my car (Order ID: **BLRRTNO*******). **I got communication that they received all documents as per expectation and work will be done within 3 weeks. I didnt receive any communication from them for a month. After I filled ticket they told me to wait for another 10 days. I called multiple time (20+) they didnt pickup single call ( guess. My original RC was with them). After 1.5month all of a sudden I got call saying we have received wrong document. Than I asked you conformed me all docs are as per expectation… no answer…. I told them to return my document and money…. They gave me some local agent number who has all of my document… I called him and asked for document. He asked me to pay for dunzo and get your document… I paid and got my docs. After this 2 month of torture and paying almost 5K, when I asked for my refund… answer is we can not refund the money…
Take your decision wisely before giving money and documents to Itzeasy… its fraud and most selfish people.

This is a fake company. They take the deposit then dont do the work then keep delaying response. Its been a year they have my deposit and havnt been able to get a new RC
