My husband likes the material weight of this shirt and I've been ordering them for him for years. They have been tagless in the past but this order, the shirts had the tag on them. This isn't a problem because I can always cut the tag off.

My ADHD got an idea and Jiffy helped me execute it in well, a jiffy. From idea to finished product was 3 days. Granted I only ordered 7 plain hoodies, I was super impressed by the quick arrival time so I could get done what I needed.
I placed my order and received a delivery date.
Well… the day came and went. I tried to contact Jiffy 3 times and did not receive a response.
It wasn't until my order was delivered that I received an email telling me I was receiving a credit refund for the inconvenience.
Well, we missed deadlines and I looked silly in front of my team so the $10 didn't really make a difference since it went back to the company card. I can't wash the embarrassment from my face from having said it will be here Thursday only to have it arrive the filling Tuesday.

I received transfers that had excess glue all over the transfer sheet. I must say I have purchased over 75 different transfers and never had this issue. The person who processed and packaged the order should have picked up on this as it's not a typical problem. Yes, it put my work schedule behind and i was not happy about this, but I would like to thank Jiffy customer service for making good on this with no songs and no dancing... S happens it's how it gets cleaned up those counts and jiffy did a great job on the cleanup. This is critical customer service if more important than price... had I chose to do business with a company with terrible customer service I'm sure I would have lost big on this order and as a small business I can't afford that.

I ordered 5 shirts for an order i needed to get done. I ordered them at 3pm and they were delivered the next day by 2. Less then 24 hours. I know that is not always the case, but that was amazing. Shirts were the great quality that I am use to getting and using.
