I placed my order and received a delivery date.
Well… the day came and went. I tried to contact Jiffy 3 times and did not receive a response.
It wasn't until my order was delivered that I received an email telling me I was receiving a credit refund for the inconvenience.
Well, we missed deadlines and I looked silly in front of my team so the $10 didn't really make a difference since it went back to the company card. I can't wash the embarrassment from my face from having said it will be here Thursday only to have it arrive the filling Tuesday.
Looking for alternative companies because this one left a very sour taste.

This is my first time ordering. The quality was very good. They shipped fast and I will definitely order from them again.

I received transfers that had excess glue all over the transfer sheet. I must say I have purchased over 75 different transfers and never had this issue. The person who processed and packaged the order should have picked up on this as it's not a typical problem. Yes, it put my work schedule behind and i was not happy about this, but I would like to thank Jiffy customer service for making good on this with no songs and no dancing... S happens it's how it gets cleaned up those counts and jiffy did a great job on the cleanup. This is critical customer service if more important than price... had I chose to do business with a company with terrible customer service I'm sure I would have lost big on this order and as a small business I can't afford that.

I ordered 5 shirts for an order i needed to get done. I ordered them at 3pm and they were delivered the next day by 2. Less then 24 hours. I know that is not always the case, but that was amazing. Shirts were the great quality that I am use to getting and using.

The transfers we received were all great quality and I really like how they turned out on our shirts.

We had a few shirts that were damaged. One of the sports grey t-shirts had a streak of red in it. Then we had one shirt that had what looks like grease stains on it. I did order a few extras just to make sure I could fulfill my orders.

I ordered several transfers and a couple of stickers. The stickers are nice. The transfers removed background even though I did not want the background removed specifically and one was not fully printed at the top. I reached out many, many times email and damaged claims with no response it's been 5 days and I have orders due tomorrow for my business. This was my first time ordering from Jiffy and I'm very disappointed.

I use jiffy for DTF and shirts. My recent purchase my Designs were not loading correctly and backgrounds were coming out wonky. I asked for a few adjustments and crossed my fingers. They came through and the designs were perfect! I'm glad I have an opportunity to give a shout out! Job well done!
