I am a retired service member, and as most of you know, we go through roughly 2 weeks of transition before we get our feet wet in the civilian job market. It took me nearly 12 full months to translate my skills to make my resume make sense. It was a difficult process ro sat the least.
What's more, the interview process is diffucult as well. How do you answer questions in a meaningful way and not always have to use military retoric. I went to so many interviews and was rejected so many times.

Yesterday was my job interview.

By doing some clever searches online, I found the exact questions that were to be asked in the interview! The job was with a large company where everything is cookie-guttered, so after some time looking, I found the questions.

I was able to use the book to prepare my answers, very thoughtfully, over time, and then, when each question was asked, I was calm and secure and the answer just came without effort, which is exactly what I wanted. I wanted it to be low-key and to present myself as a confidant, easy-going person. And, because of all my preparation, that happened yesterday.

I have difficulty when I'm in a stressful situation and there is pressure to speak. Words sometimes don't come. I've been told that my IQ is very high, but it looks the opposite when I can't figure out what to say. What usually happens is that my mind starts racing, and instead of participating in a conversation, something backs me off and it's like I'm watching myself and critiquing myself as I'm talking... and that just hinders the normal flow of conversation.

Having your book to be able to prepare some good answers to the questions was just BRILLIANT. I'm so glad I bought it!

I am a manager of a large department in healthcare and came across Don's program when I was looking for job search resources for a friend. My goal was to look for a comprehensive program with resources that I can just hand off to prospective job seekers. Below are highlights of the experience with the program:
1. Amazing before and after transformation. Despite us having only less than week to try to program, it significantly prepares us well for the interview.
Don's description each question and strategy for answering really works. I saw my friend going from not knowing how to answer the question ton arming himself with personal information and examples for previous/current job experience that he can use for any question that Iater throw at him. It is true that once you master the techniques you can be confident that you can handle any questions that the interviewer may ask you.
2. The mock interview questions really helped in preparing you for the real thing. If you have time to go over all of the questions in his program you will ace the interview. My focus was on the behavioral or competency based interview questions. As a manager I find that when you answer using examples from previous or current job experience it really solidifies and gives credibility to your answers and really sets you apart from other candidates.
3. The key was the confidence my friend gained multiple mock interview sessions using Don's program. He received a terrific job offer within a week of the interview!
4. I also bought the thank you letter reference and really liked the simple templates that you can just plug in and use.
5. I also asked Don for his personal opinions on two topics relating to the job interview and he responded immediately! Really helpful to have access to his expertise. Thank you Don
6. Overall, I was really impressed with the results and believe that I will work for anyone if you follow Don's method. It is a must for anymore who is looking for a job. I Believe in his method so much that I will offer my time to coach

I am so thankful that I found Don's Book on the internet. Its a big help for me since I am Filipino and just moved here last year. I just received my permit to work last month and just started looking for a job here. I purchase Don's Book and it's worth it. I had 4 interviews and got all the job offer right away. I just study the book and practice on my mobile phone and everything is included in that book. I am so lucky that I watched Don's video on youtube. Thank you so much Don. I was really scared to go on the first one, because I have not been on a job Interview in over 15 years. So I just received my book Information. I started reading it taking notes and practice in front of the a mirror, I felt really stupid. I was glad no one was around too see me, standing in front of the mirror. So two days later, I went on the job Interview. I was prepared, but not prepared for a two and a half Interview. I got the job offer. But I still had 3 more to go too, that week. It was the lonest week of my life! The second one was a joke! I walked out of that one, thinking to my self. How was this man a Manager? So after that one I really didn't won't to go on the other two I had left. But I found the strength and went to both. So I got all three of the job Interviews I went on. I picked two and now I'm working to jobs. So thanks so much for the books Information. But I think you should write a book for the older group of people who been out of the loop and the Internet.

I had been to several interviews without success. I then purchased Don's interview guide and quickly realised I had been giving the wrong answers. I used it as a guide. It gave me so much confidence. I soon had second interviews lined up. However, one employer offered me a job on my very first interview. It was an offer too good to refuse. Why are you beating yourself up wondering about the job interview questions? Don has the road map and THIS WORKS! I admit, I tried to go on these interviews thinking I KNEW ALL THE ANSWERS. Since I started my job search I have had a billion companies contact me with offers/tools to help in the process.
