Purchased a Microsoft add-in forecasting add-in, ForecastX Wizard for over $2000. Had an extremely bad experience with both the product and support. The product simply did not function correctly with EXCEL 2010 and various and multiple errors. Requested a refund and they made it seem that I had just completed my project and then wanted my money back after it was done. I found ForecastX Wizard to be useless and the people who run it very bad business men and women.
