Absolutely serious, 100% truthful: the Josephine County Commissioners refuse to respond to me. I asked a simple question recently of whether I need to ask the Oregon State Police for law enforcement being the Josephine County Sheriff Department did crimes to me. I have had trouble with a bad neighbor doing crimes to me over the past 7 years and the Josephine County Sheriff Department allows him to do it. In 2022, my well pump housing was knocked over, wire cut, and pipe broken. The Sheriff refused to investigate it. Five months later, I emailed both KAJO Radio and the Sheriff stating the well pump damage and surprisingly, the Sheriff responded, not knowing my name from the email and said he'd like to assist. Amazing, huh? From not wanting to investigate and now wants to help. Well, he asked for my name and other particulars and once I did that, I never heard from him again. OBVIOUS CORRUPTION. Accordingly I reported the Sheriff to the Josephine County Commissioners. Then back in August 9,2023, there was a set up arrest (per evidence). With the arresting officer from the Grants Pass Police Department, who formerly worked under the Sheriff, after seemingly recognizing who I am, couldn't contain himself as he wanted to get me in jail by whatever means possible, even if he had to make huge lies and act in such a way as to give the impression that his crazy actions which was like he was on drugs was because of me but I wasn't causing any trouble at all. His supervisor slammed me against a patrol car then shoved me in the back seat with such force that I nearly toppled over. In jail I was told by the guard that I was the last person he'd want to see. I was denied a phone call, denied water, denied medical attention for dehydration, denied a blanket, was not provided bedding and very bright lights were kept on all night. The DA dropped the made-up charges but the damage was done to me. Evidently the Sheriff wanted to teach me a lesson. I was then given my cell phone and turns out the arresting officer coerced it from my then 86 year old dad. The case was partly opened and had to plug it in to turn it on for the first several days and then stopped working after that. No doubt my cell phone was unlawfully searched in hopes to find incriminating information and upon me being clean they decided to damage it. I emailed the Josephine County Supervisors many times about this but they refuse to respond. I have had to use the website to obtain public information but either I am not responded to or games are played on me. I just hope the FBI will straighten out the corruption here. No one should move to Grants Pass Oregon, not come here for anything, not for travel, not for the Rogue River, not for Boatnik, not even to fuel up for gas. When an upstanding person of the community can have this happen, everyone else is an open target for the corruption.
