Installed the tall sissy bar on wife's XL. Fit & finish is great. Seems like it will remain very solid & durable. Like some other reviews stated the hardware could be upgraded. We didn't have issues w/the heads stripping, I believe, because of reading reviews prior.
JP had extensive inventory for picking out my air cleaner intake. However I evidently over looked the additional mount kit required for the installation, which doubled the price. The intake filter material was foam not my first choice very disappointing all around experience including the JP reps both of whom sounded as though they didn't want to be there disgruntled.
Easy to find and order. Description a little unclear whether the rotor itself is stainless. The picture and description does not describe the standard rotor sent. It is a MD4085, but it is not an upgrade as described. I bought into the two part riveted rotor idea dissipating the heat better, but what came was a solid one-piece rotor. Because my cycle was down and the rotor fit, I used it anyway.

I liked the concept of heat dispersion and price.

This fender trim doesn't seem to fit quite right. I installed it anyway. It looks okay, but a critical eye would see that it's a little crooked. The side pieces have a tendency to pull away from the fender. Will see how it holds up in the August heat.

I don't like the old ones on my bike.
I received my order in about 4 days. Part of it was right and part not right. Ordered rear tire and inner tube. Tire was right but the inner tube that was sent to me was for the front tire. Don't know what happened but I had to buy one from my local dealer. That is not at all like them to do.

Wish I'd been able to see their motorcycle museum in Iowa, before it closed. J&P is a established parts vendor. The shipping on individual low cost parts can be kinda high. Always best to put in a larger order for a shipping discount. Then again. That can apply to a lot of vendors. Keep the Free Spirt Riding Alive, ya'll. Thor out.
Needed it, & the item's were a righteous price..
Ordering was good. It said item was a match for my bike but isn't working. Didn't have time to take on a ride only ideal the bike for now. Will try when I get back.

Just need it for new used bike I just got.
I bought the same helmet in a smaller size based on the sizing chart(did not fit right) so I bought the XXL wanting to use my Harley Davidson intercom system but the helmet does not have deep enough pockets for the ear pieces. Other than that I like the helmet.

I chose the product, purchased it, got the confirmation email and noticed I forgot to use the special promotional code for a J&P Cycle purchase I got in a different email. Wish J&P cycle would present the special offer at checkout to help stupid people like me save money. I never remember the email or text I got a week ago from J&P Cycles for —% off your next purchase. Oh well. Maybe next time. Lol.
I like the option to put your make, model, year in the search and shop for parts that “fit” my bike.
I’ve used Avon grips before and they are a good value and durable product.
The jacket is very comfortable and is ventilated so its not too hot. The chaps I had to trim to fit my short inseam but they are okay. I wish they fit around my waist where I wear my belt instead of my belly button (I have a bit of a gut) but I will still wear them as a safety measure.

The Legend REVO-A was obviously a previously returned set. I should have gotten an open box price and not full price. This is why not a 5 star rating.
Legend preferred I use a third party to purchase their shocks.
Looking to improve and increase ground clearance of my FXR suspension.
Big improvement over the Progressive Shocks which were an improvement over stock suspension.
Have Legend shocks on my 2018 Road Glide which led me to choosing them for my FXR.
Easy to order
Shipping is ridiculous for an item that could be put in an envelope. The part I bought had to be sanded to get it flat enough. It did work fine, clutch retainer makes the bike shift much better.

It was hard to choose a truck because there were so many shoes from different sizes. The way they were mounted the chunk that I chose. Put on my luggage drag perfectly. The tiedowns are secure very easy to hook it on hook, especially like the Velcro inside the lid. Very happy with it.
Been buying parts and accessories from J and P cycles About 10 years now, never had to return anything
Ordered some items online and had got som LEXIN speakers with turn signals on them, had the shop hook them up and does not power up, and main speaker does not work, slave speaker does. Not too happy about that an expensive item I ordered and paid to have them hooked up to find out that it's defective.
I always choose J&P, I like the friendly service and fast shipping. Way cheaper than Harley

Purchased Russel stainless steel front brake line, it was said it was in stock and ready to ship in the 1 business day. Turns out something happened and the manufacturer failed to send it out. Contacted customer service twice about it, quite helpful and apologetic for delay. One agent gave me $15 credit to use. The second agent was able to give me the information about what was going on and that they had been trying to get a response from the the manufacturer. He contacted them and at midnight that night I received a shipping notification. The item arrived promptly the following day.

Harley dealership quoted 6 weeks shipping for a kickstand spring, such a joke. My spring went bad and its the only thing currently needing repair. I wish you guys had more fuel tanks though
The 1st part I selected required additional parts that were not identified in the description. I called customer service to identify additional requirements, and they did, but while on hold I found a better part. Wish customer service would have offered it as a suggestion.

I bought a replacement tail light a while back. The quality of the part was exceptional however the part did not come with a connector or even pins to complete the connector. Luckily a harley dealership was able to supply me with these pins but if it wasn't for the dealership, it would have been quite difficult tracking down everything necessary to complete the repair.
Though sometimes they could not provide a solution to my problem. They tried their best and was very attentive. 10 out of 10

Ordered memphis shades windshield and mounting brackets for my bike. Paid for next day air shipping. 3 days later the windshield showed up without the mounting brackets. Had to call in, customer service was quick to respond and get the brackets sent out. Received full order 6 days after ordering with expedited shipping. Representative stated that the next day air isn't available for windshields (why allow me to select and pay for it then). They did refund the additional shipping costs.

Need to pack batteries better. Battery was packed only with air pillows. Box appeared to have been dropped. Corner of battery was dented but was not leaking.
The transaction was simple and the order came in promptly. I ordered tires and brake pads and have not installed them yet so I don't have feedback at this point.
So good so far👍I'll be making my purchases with you guys rather than some of the brick and mortar stores that don't carry the amount of options you guys do. Great first impression.

I had never seen exhaust gaskets sold other than a set, I was shocked to see only 1 of the needed gaskets enclosed. Since the shipping charge is nearly double the cost of the single gasket I will need I guess I'll chalk it up to experience, requiring closer attention to reading all the print.

Ordered front tire - manufacture date was 1.5 years old. Just be advised the tires can be up to 4 years old when purchased, as this was explained to me by tech support.

I recently needed a seat for my new freewheeler. Since you people have replaced all of the brick and mortar shops with internet only shopping. The only way to get something that fit and looked right was to order several and try them out at home. I finally got the one I wanted. Thanks but returning the other two for a refund took way too long. I kept getting excuses about being under staffed. A company your size couldn't hire more people?

John Parham was bitten by the motorcycle bug early in his life. His enthusiasm led to a partnership in a small motorcycle shop from 1975 to 1979. In 1979 he and his wife, Jill, established J. Parham Enterprises, Inc., the predecessor to the present J&P Cycles, Inc. During this time, John still worked full-time and followed his "hobby" in the evening and weekends. In 1982 John was laid off from his factory job. Two years later, in 1984, their small motorcycle shop burned to the ground.
When they easily could have given up, they didn't! Instead, they decided to rebuild the shop, and run the business full-time. Today, J&P Cycles has grown from one employee to over 300. In addition to the Anamosa, IA location warehouse, in 2007 a new 35,000 square foot facility opened in Ormond Beach, FL. At Destination Daytona. The new location features a 15,000 square foot retail space and separate call center.
