Installed the tall sissy bar on wife's XL. Fit & finish is great. Seems like it will remain very solid & durable. Like some other reviews stated the hardware could be upgraded. We didn't have issues w/the heads stripping, I believe, because of reading reviews prior.
JP had extensive inventory for picking out my air cleaner intake. However I evidently over looked the additional mount kit required for the installation, which doubled the price. The intake filter material was foam not my first choice very disappointing all around experience including the JP reps both of whom sounded as though they didn't want to be there disgruntled.

I made a purchase of a helmet in November for a Christmas present for my son. The gift was given to him December 24 2023.My son took it to the local store in Pigeon Forge and the helmet had the bag,the box and the online receipt. The return was refused because the purchase was over 90 days. The Mgr. Said the register was blocked from doing a return over 90 days. The helmet had not been wore because it was to small.I call in to the customer care line and as I am waiting for someone to answer the recording stated WE GIVE CASH REFUND ON EVERY PURCHASE! Just so you know that is untrue. We did not want money back only exchange for a helmet that fits.There was a helmet in the local store that fits but they REFUSE to do the exchange because the item was purchased on line.The instructions was to return it to the warehouse and the item would be reviewed and and at that time a credit would be given.There was no time frame given on when the credit would happen.That's crazy there was zero hesitation on taking the money so therefore there should be zero hesitation on issuing a credit.STAY AWAY BECAUSE THEY COULD CARE LESS.I have made several purchases from this company but this is the first time there has been a attempt to made a return and NEVER again will I make a purchase with them.
Why bother paying for next day air when they don't get around to shipping it for a few days..."in stock" "will arrive tomorrow, if you order before XX: xx" It's fraud, and the MAG Group needs to do some serious housecleaning at J&P cycles.

Probably the worst buying experience we've ever had. Bought new pipes for the Road King, realized I wanted to go for a different look. So I called and canceled 10 minutes after the order was placed, before it shipped. The lady was a total moron, two days later I get an email saying the pipes shipped. I called again and canceled. Sent the pipes back and called them to give the tracking number and they said theonly would be back in the account 2 buisness days. That was two weeks ago. Everything I call they say 2 more days. They won't give back the $550 I spent on those pipes. Company is $#*! with idiots running customer service.

John Parham was bitten by the motorcycle bug early in his life. His enthusiasm led to a partnership in a small motorcycle shop from 1975 to 1979. In 1979 he and his wife, Jill, established J. Parham Enterprises, Inc., the predecessor to the present J&P Cycles, Inc. During this time, John still worked full-time and followed his "hobby" in the evening and weekends. In 1982 John was laid off from his factory job. Two years later, in 1984, their small motorcycle shop burned to the ground.
When they easily could have given up, they didn't! Instead, they decided to rebuild the shop, and run the business full-time. Today, J&P Cycles has grown from one employee to over 300. In addition to the Anamosa, IA location warehouse, in 2007 a new 35,000 square foot facility opened in Ormond Beach, FL. At Destination Daytona. The new location features a 15,000 square foot retail space and separate call center.
We do offer a 90 day return policy. Once an item is outside of the 90 days returns are reviewed on a case by case basis. We do not advertise " We give cash refunds on every purchase."
