Installed the tall sissy bar on wife's XL. Fit & finish is great. Seems like it will remain very solid & durable. Like some other reviews stated the hardware could be upgraded. We didn't have issues w/the heads stripping, I believe, because of reading reviews prior.
JP had extensive inventory for picking out my air cleaner intake. However I evidently over looked the additional mount kit required for the installation, which doubled the price. The intake filter material was foam not my first choice very disappointing all around experience including the JP reps both of whom sounded as though they didn't want to be there disgruntled.
Product fits great looks great and feel good. Will be ordering from JP cycle again thank you.

The process was smooth from product selection to receiving my tires. When I contacted customer service about the tires not being shipped in the advertised 24 hours, they let me know when they shipped and credited my account $15. It was a good experience just like my other orders.
I contacted customer service through the J&P website to enquire when my tires would ship after the advertised 24 hour shipping had passed. They promptly replied with the shipping information and gave a $15 credit on my account. I was very satisfied with their response.
The tires that I needed were in stock and I’d had excellent service from my previous orders.
The previous set of Dunlop American Elite tires that I was replacing gave my very good stability and mileage.

I ordered the highway pegs to match my floorboards that were also from Kuraykayn. Both purchased from JP cycles. I just want to say that the design of the shifter that went with the floor boards needed modification as well to suit my needs. The biggest problem was the incorrect brackets that came with the highway pegs which I ordered as an open item. I should have known that there was a reason they were returned, and they were returned for a poor lack of fit. I had to modify the brackets and the receivers extensively in order to make this kit work, plus the bodywork for finishing off the opening was horrible. Shame on you for selling me something that you most likely knew wouldn't fit.

It was easy and and shipping was fast to only took 5 minutes to order and a week or less to ship.

I waited too long for the items I ordered from you guys as results i was compelled to complete repairs necessary using on hand parts.

John Parham was bitten by the motorcycle bug early in his life. His enthusiasm led to a partnership in a small motorcycle shop from 1975 to 1979. In 1979 he and his wife, Jill, established J. Parham Enterprises, Inc., the predecessor to the present J&P Cycles, Inc. During this time, John still worked full-time and followed his "hobby" in the evening and weekends. In 1982 John was laid off from his factory job. Two years later, in 1984, their small motorcycle shop burned to the ground.
When they easily could have given up, they didn't! Instead, they decided to rebuild the shop, and run the business full-time. Today, J&P Cycles has grown from one employee to over 300. In addition to the Anamosa, IA location warehouse, in 2007 a new 35,000 square foot facility opened in Ormond Beach, FL. At Destination Daytona. The new location features a 15,000 square foot retail space and separate call center.
