Installed the tall sissy bar on wife's XL. Fit & finish is great. Seems like it will remain very solid & durable. Like some other reviews stated the hardware could be upgraded. We didn't have issues w/the heads stripping, I believe, because of reading reviews prior.
JP had extensive inventory for picking out my air cleaner intake. However I evidently over looked the additional mount kit required for the installation, which doubled the price. The intake filter material was foam not my first choice very disappointing all around experience including the JP reps both of whom sounded as though they didn't want to be there disgruntled.
I have had multiple order, one part I have been waiting on for 3.5 weeks, I get no help from customer service. One part I had been waiting for 2 weeks to get, I cancelled the item and then they shipped in anyhow. Today I was on chat with Kyle. I informed him that I wanted my open orders cancelled and wanted to return the part they shipped that I had cancelled. He informed me that there was a return form. I know this return form charges me for shipping and restock fee. I told him I was NOT going to pay for shipping and restocking on a part I had cancelled that they shipped anyway. He ended the chat. I'll NEVER do business here again. The level at which their business is being handled is ATROCIOUS. I had inquired the part they shipped after I had cancelled it last Wednesday and never got a response and now this. I don't have words for how upset I am at this point. I wouldn't waste your time or money.

Zipper looks questionable hopefully it holds up. Sort of uneven hoping it still works when I pull it out for next trip!

Shipping is fast as usual. I ordered it on a Monday, got the parts on Weds.
Ordered monster sucker air cleaner and FP3 programmer and received in about 3 days. Also ordered mufflers at same time spent over $1100 and thousands over the years. They sent wrong air cleaner talked to them they said they would process an exchange and get it out to me. After not seeing it sent 4 days later called they told me then would have to send other one back before they shipped new one. Their policy use to be they would send new item and a return label in box to return wrong item. A tway nailed there item back then a day later get an email saying my new order would be shipped the following day. They charged me an additional $35 and sent it slow as they could a week to receive replacement. Have bought my last parts from them will be buying from Dennis Kirk or Revzilla in the future. Worst customer service ever

I ordered a Dunlop 4 series tire and called a few minutes later to change to a Dunlop 3 series. Less than 15 minutes after I placed initial order. Amy the customer service so called supervisor said they couldn't change the order after 15 minutes, well she kept me on hold and on phone for 10 minutes and I did in fact called within that time frame. I called on a Saturday morning and found out tire wasn't shipping till Monday. They lost a sale and a customer. Ridiculous that order couldn't be changed from a Dunlop 4 series to a Dunlop 3 series. Buy elsewhere Amazon, eBay, Bike Bandit or any other vendor. Very unprofessional customer service

John Parham was bitten by the motorcycle bug early in his life. His enthusiasm led to a partnership in a small motorcycle shop from 1975 to 1979. In 1979 he and his wife, Jill, established J. Parham Enterprises, Inc., the predecessor to the present J&P Cycles, Inc. During this time, John still worked full-time and followed his "hobby" in the evening and weekends. In 1982 John was laid off from his factory job. Two years later, in 1984, their small motorcycle shop burned to the ground.
When they easily could have given up, they didn't! Instead, they decided to rebuild the shop, and run the business full-time. Today, J&P Cycles has grown from one employee to over 300. In addition to the Anamosa, IA location warehouse, in 2007 a new 35,000 square foot facility opened in Ormond Beach, FL. At Destination Daytona. The new location features a 15,000 square foot retail space and separate call center.

As a result of the relocation of our warehouse and distribution center, our shipping estimates are not being reflected correctly on our website at times.
