Installed the tall sissy bar on wife's XL. Fit & finish is great. Seems like it will remain very solid & durable. Like some other reviews stated the hardware could be upgraded. We didn't have issues w/the heads stripping, I believe, because of reading reviews prior.
JP had extensive inventory for picking out my air cleaner intake. However I evidently over looked the additional mount kit required for the installation, which doubled the price. The intake filter material was foam not my first choice very disappointing all around experience including the JP reps both of whom sounded as though they didn't want to be there disgruntled.
The overall one stop prices at J&P are why I shop here. And with the RPM membership the savings is even better. Thanks J&P!

J P Cycles has always been my main go to for replacements or upgrades to any of my Harleys. Easy to shop and fast shipping.
I just wish there was a better way to figure out the tube size for motorcycles. I looked for about a day and a half before I ordered the ones I got.

I ordered a rear master cylinder rebuild. The woman helped me on the phone. When i went to install and opened the box I saw it was not what I needed. It was for a front cylinder. If it would have been labeled front on the package I would have known when I opened the box. So then I had to return and the correct part showed up over a week later then they said it would. Looks like amazon is a pretty good place to get items quick. JUST LABEL YOUR PACKAGING!
They are a garbage company, I've, along with hundreds of other people, have been waiting over a month for a refund on returns. The take the money from your account, send junk, and never refund you. I've opened up a case with the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU, and suggeste others do the same. It's easy on line... I'm trying to get a class action Law suit against them. Be warned..

The Badlands brand is well known for it's reliability and ease of installation. I had one on a 99 Fatboy when the taillights were upgraded to LEDs and it worked great.

It's a shorter pushrod tube with a quality chrome plating that does what it's supposed to do and makes it easy to adjust quickee pushrods.
Needed the clearance for quickee rods.

It took a little longer to ship than I expected I have ordered from many other companies that were farther away that shipped much faster.
Well they weren't nasty. My call was to check on a order that was to ship in 4 to 6 business days. I called on the 7th business day and was reminded that their ad said 4 to 6 business days. I said thank you and hung up. The next day it shipped. Could be a little more efficient.

NAPA couldn't find this filter but I found it quick here. The dimensions aren't posted anywhere though, so hopefully it fits.

I ordered a large helmet and I recieved a XXL. I returned the item which was easy but did not receive any notification of when they recieved it and when I would expect it to be shipped back with the correct size that I ordered. After contacting them they tell me they recieved it 4 days ago but it can take 3 to 5 days to process returns but he would expedite it for me. So 5 days go by and nothing I didn't even get a tracking number and I didn't even get an apology for their mistake in the first place. So I contact them again and they tell me well because of the holiday... um no I contacted you 5 days before 4th of July and was told this would be expedited and shipped. Oh well no it wasn't, and even after that I didn't get an apology. Then finally 3 days after that I get the helmet and luckily it was the right size! Helmet is great but customer service is no good.

Have used them in the past for another buke.
Wanted the true duels for my 19 Road Glide Ultra.
Ordered two tires on march 25th. Got lost by "fedex" and when i called they said 3 days for investigation. 6 days later the status still hasnt changed. I contacted customer service and now was told 5-8 buisness days and that the warehouse is backed up but they shipped my original orders in 3 days, so that doesnt sound like someone being that backed up. These people are frustrating to work with and will never order again from them!

John Parham was bitten by the motorcycle bug early in his life. His enthusiasm led to a partnership in a small motorcycle shop from 1975 to 1979. In 1979 he and his wife, Jill, established J. Parham Enterprises, Inc., the predecessor to the present J&P Cycles, Inc. During this time, John still worked full-time and followed his "hobby" in the evening and weekends. In 1982 John was laid off from his factory job. Two years later, in 1984, their small motorcycle shop burned to the ground.
When they easily could have given up, they didn't! Instead, they decided to rebuild the shop, and run the business full-time. Today, J&P Cycles has grown from one employee to over 300. In addition to the Anamosa, IA location warehouse, in 2007 a new 35,000 square foot facility opened in Ormond Beach, FL. At Destination Daytona. The new location features a 15,000 square foot retail space and separate call center.
