Installed the tall sissy bar on wife's XL. Fit & finish is great. Seems like it will remain very solid & durable. Like some other reviews stated the hardware could be upgraded. We didn't have issues w/the heads stripping, I believe, because of reading reviews prior.
JP had extensive inventory for picking out my air cleaner intake. However I evidently over looked the additional mount kit required for the installation, which doubled the price. The intake filter material was foam not my first choice very disappointing all around experience including the JP reps both of whom sounded as though they didn't want to be there disgruntled.
Parts always meet my expectations! They're always delivered fast and fit perfectly. I'll shop here for all my old bike parts!

Ordering was easy and the parts arrived quickly. I'm very satisfied.
They had the parts I needed and I've had a good experience working with them before.
That was the part I needed.
Horrible fit would not recommend to have a good fitment
Put in wrong shipping address, you guys got it sorted out for me!
Quick and easy online ordering with fast delivery.
I ordered wrong gaskets and service got me what I needed quick.
Not many bike shops near me other than HD stores that are very pricey.
I needed them.
Don't expect a pingel or golan at this pricepoint, but this petcock fits my bike and turns the fuel on and off as it should.
Solid aftermarket Harley parts dealer.
Looks good, has 1/4 inch fuel outlet and the price is right.
The mirrors are great. One thing I had an issue with is shipping. If you send it UPS don't allow them to send it to USPS to deliver it. My package almost didn't arrive because I don't get USPS at my address.
Consistency
Do not buy nothing from these people. I ordered a gasket and they did not mark on package do not bend in their warehouse so it was broken. Contacted J&P and no help so ordered another one. But because i $#*!ed about the first one and the lady said she was going to chew the warehouse out for not marking the first one they sent it to Windsor Ct instead of Windsor Me cuz thats where UPS said it went. Contacted J&P they lied and gave me a bunch of bull $#*! and said i ordered it on a holiday weekend but i ordered a shifter on same day and got that 3 days later. But J&P said gasket came from different warehouse so more excuses. Where was that warehouse Mars.
Tip for consumers:
Dont $#*! if u get an usable part it get u nowere
This is a pretty good company, and the products you receive are exactly as are described.
I've ordered from this company several times over the years and they are reliable.
My mufflers were too loud and the baffles that I ordered fixed the issue.
Worst company i've ever delt with! They get you to pay for next day shipping but wait 10 days or more to ship it. They say it has to go through processing first which takes around 5-10 days! There customer service is a JOKE takes 10 min. On hold if your lucky!
If you return an item you never hear from it or your money again! I talked to customer service and ask if i could cancel my order and get refunded, there answer was that i would have to ship the items back! When i told them that they had never shipped them to me THEY LAUGHED AND HUNG UP ON ME!
Great help. Fast shipping, great product. Will order again
JP had the wrong address I had to correct it they took the necessary measures to make sure that the carrier got it to the correct new address
Placed a $120 order for some miscellaneous parts for my bike, I have ordered from here 4-5 times now and never had an issue. I go into my bank account today and see that I was double charged for this order... I open a live chat and the person on the other end proceeds to tell me "this is normal" and sends me an excerpt from their ToS. Gotta wonder how many people complain if they have that response at the ready so quickly... Said the money will be back in my account in 3-5 business day, I placed the order on 8/7 it is now 8/13 and i'm told 3-5 more business days. This seems rather shady to me and now I have to go back threw my bank statements to make sure this didnt happen before and if it did I actually got my money back. Guess this is the last time I will order from them.
A side note: I quick ordered 5ish items to get in the order by the cut off for "guaranteed same day shipping" and my order wasn't processed for 3 days.

John Parham was bitten by the motorcycle bug early in his life. His enthusiasm led to a partnership in a small motorcycle shop from 1975 to 1979. In 1979 he and his wife, Jill, established J. Parham Enterprises, Inc., the predecessor to the present J&P Cycles, Inc. During this time, John still worked full-time and followed his "hobby" in the evening and weekends. In 1982 John was laid off from his factory job. Two years later, in 1984, their small motorcycle shop burned to the ground.
When they easily could have given up, they didn't! Instead, they decided to rebuild the shop, and run the business full-time. Today, J&P Cycles has grown from one employee to over 300. In addition to the Anamosa, IA location warehouse, in 2007 a new 35,000 square foot facility opened in Ormond Beach, FL. At Destination Daytona. The new location features a 15,000 square foot retail space and separate call center.
