Installed the tall sissy bar on wife's XL. Fit & finish is great. Seems like it will remain very solid & durable. Like some other reviews stated the hardware could be upgraded. We didn't have issues w/the heads stripping, I believe, because of reading reviews prior.
JP had extensive inventory for picking out my air cleaner intake. However I evidently over looked the additional mount kit required for the installation, which doubled the price. The intake filter material was foam not my first choice very disappointing all around experience including the JP reps both of whom sounded as though they didn't want to be there disgruntled.

I ordered 2 seats, 2 dash kits, 2 sets of grips, and 2 tail light kits for 84-99 harley softails. My total $1300. Grips and tail lights shipped within 2 days, 1 seat shipped 5 days after the order date, and well the dash kits and 1 seat $900 worth never shipped. 10 days later I get an email about the seat, sorry we didnt actually have it... 2 weeks later still no dash kits. The customer care chump said " I cant cancel the order for the dash kits because they could show up at there warehouse in another week or 2. F THAT. I talked to a supervisor and she got me my money back... only took 3.5 weeks. Welp I got some $20 grips, and some tail lights. 2 thumbs down and one in the rear end. JP aint what it used to be. It is a waste of time. So is the other company they pretend to be...

I ordered a Burly Fairing from them, the site said ships in 2-4 days, 6 days later i called them and asked why i haven't received a confirmation on my shipping, they told me they don't carry that part and the vendor they get them from hasn't received it either, i don't know how many times this changes hands before it gets to me, but 3 times is way to many. They didn't try to save me as a customer, i was polite and told him i ordered this, i was told i would have it by a certain day, that's not going to happen now, what can you do? He said all he can do was apologize. No discount was offered for the inconvenience, gift card or anything, i canceled the order and i will shop else where. Don't sell a product that you don't have and have no idea where to get one. My money and time shouldn't be put on hold while you figure it out.

I ordered a Siisy bar for my motorcycle on April 7th. I made two inquiries in separate dates on it arrival. Both times the reps said they couldn't supply info because they were have computer problems. After five weeks of waiting I called back and was told the order was on back order. Than I was offered a discount because I was canceling my order. I'll never by from them ever again.
Becareful with J&P cycle adds. I put in My search header, Dunlop k555 whitewall. It shown add J&p had for that tire. It is on sale at 145.99 from 281. Put my size in correctly, it went to cart 145, but at checkout it is 308. I called customers support, told it was my fault, I put wrong size in, I did it freaking three times, it rang up at checkout 308. Thier add is a scam...
I am a Canadian customer. This company normally sends out their Canadian orders via UPS... bad idea as UPS charges exorbitant custom brokerage fees. The default shipping service should be the USpostal service as they don't charge custom brokerage fees. Terry, the customer service supervisor is aware of this problem but doesn't see fit to use the postal service as the default shipping method for Canadian customers. When I tried to bring this problem to the attention of the customer service representatives, they couldn't care less. They wouldn't even agree that it was a problem. I have been a loyal customer for over 20 years... no longer. This company is going down the tubes

When placing an order, customers have the option to choose your preferred shipping method, either USPS or UPS. At this time, USPS does have longer delivery times. UPS on avgerage takes 2-4 days to deliver once it ships. USPS on avgerage takes 10-14 days to deliver once it ships. I ordered a HCI 105 polo style half helmet on 2 MAY 2019 and did not get no email confirmation or and updates as to where my package was. So after 6 Business days of not receiving my package I decided to give them a call and see what the deal was. After talking to their head supervisor named Amy she told me that the website states "package usually takes 2 to 4 business days to ship" in which I told her six business days has already passed. She also stated that they were not sure when they would receive the package from the vendor but when they did she would do overnight shipping. So in other words if I get my package it would probably be well over 12 business days and that's where the misleading and false advertisement come into play. The problem I have is them lying to customers about their ship time making people think they will get the package within 2 to 4 business days when in reality they do not even have the product to ship out and are unsure as to when they will even get the product from the vendor since they do not have it in stock. If you do not have an item in stock, at least state it some where on your website where people can see and know that it might take a month for them to get their package. I will never order a single item from this company ever again and will tell every one of my friends and never order product from here unless they want to wait two weeks to a month to get their product.

John Parham was bitten by the motorcycle bug early in his life. His enthusiasm led to a partnership in a small motorcycle shop from 1975 to 1979. In 1979 he and his wife, Jill, established J. Parham Enterprises, Inc., the predecessor to the present J&P Cycles, Inc. During this time, John still worked full-time and followed his "hobby" in the evening and weekends. In 1982 John was laid off from his factory job. Two years later, in 1984, their small motorcycle shop burned to the ground.
When they easily could have given up, they didn't! Instead, they decided to rebuild the shop, and run the business full-time. Today, J&P Cycles has grown from one employee to over 300. In addition to the Anamosa, IA location warehouse, in 2007 a new 35,000 square foot facility opened in Ormond Beach, FL. At Destination Daytona. The new location features a 15,000 square foot retail space and separate call center.

The seats shows 1-2 business days. Lead times are there to advise our customers that it will take longer for the item to ship as we have to get it from our vendor.
