Installed the tall sissy bar on wife's XL. Fit & finish is great. Seems like it will remain very solid & durable. Like some other reviews stated the hardware could be upgraded. We didn't have issues w/the heads stripping, I believe, because of reading reviews prior.
JP had extensive inventory for picking out my air cleaner intake. However I evidently over looked the additional mount kit required for the installation, which doubled the price. The intake filter material was foam not my first choice very disappointing all around experience including the JP reps both of whom sounded as though they didn't want to be there disgruntled.
Received my order, turning signal for our 96 fatboy. Received order, no damages. Put part on harley, works great.

Quality service
I ordered two cup holders sun glasses and gloves. I recurved brakes, oil, and an oil filter. When I callled them they refused to send me the parts I delivered right away and said I had to send parts back and then within two days they could get the correct parts shipped to me. They guarantee 100% customer satisfaction but I am not satisfied. My gloves are coming in a different order and they will be going back also. I am done with JP Cycles. I also visited the store in ANOMOSA IA and it was a joke. There is no customer satisfaction.
I ordered on a Friday got it by Tuesday and it was easy to set up and install. Thanks guys!
Got my order promptly, although it was one order it came as 3 different deliveries, wondered why it didn't come together though.
Selection and I can use cycle gear for mounting my tires for same price as if bought at cycle gear.

APPARENTLY THESE CLOWNS CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD FOR $139.00 WITHOUT ME EVER BEING A CUSTOMER. ARE THEY DEALING IN STOLEN CREDIT CARDS NOW? IM IN SO CALI AND HAVE NEVER BOUGHT FROM THEM, BASED ON THE REVIEWS ALONE. NOR DO I OWN A MOTORCYCLE. TURNED INTO FRAUD INVESTIGATION AND LOCAL POLICE DEPT.
John, we apologize if you have received a fraudulent transaction. We do have fraud checks in place but when someones information is stolen and entered the system cannot automatically detect this because people that master these mimic an individuals identity with their information. Cheapest price for the item I bought. The Avon air grips were free shipping and also cheaper then the prices on the Avon website it's self.

The jet kit I ordered was supposed to be in stock. It took so long that the MC shop needed to get my bike off their lift. Returned but I had to pay shipping both ways. I'm out $13 with nothing!

John Parham was bitten by the motorcycle bug early in his life. His enthusiasm led to a partnership in a small motorcycle shop from 1975 to 1979. In 1979 he and his wife, Jill, established J. Parham Enterprises, Inc., the predecessor to the present J&P Cycles, Inc. During this time, John still worked full-time and followed his "hobby" in the evening and weekends. In 1982 John was laid off from his factory job. Two years later, in 1984, their small motorcycle shop burned to the ground.
When they easily could have given up, they didn't! Instead, they decided to rebuild the shop, and run the business full-time. Today, J&P Cycles has grown from one employee to over 300. In addition to the Anamosa, IA location warehouse, in 2007 a new 35,000 square foot facility opened in Ormond Beach, FL. At Destination Daytona. The new location features a 15,000 square foot retail space and separate call center.
