Installed the tall sissy bar on wife's XL. Fit & finish is great. Seems like it will remain very solid & durable. Like some other reviews stated the hardware could be upgraded. We didn't have issues w/the heads stripping, I believe, because of reading reviews prior.
JP had extensive inventory for picking out my air cleaner intake. However I evidently over looked the additional mount kit required for the installation, which doubled the price. The intake filter material was foam not my first choice very disappointing all around experience including the JP reps both of whom sounded as though they didn't want to be there disgruntled.
Needs a little more product information, like if items are included or not.

It said on your website the part was available and when it hadn't arrived after 14 days I called and was told that they were waiting on the vendor for the parts it shouldn't list as available if you don't have the parts I was waiting on them and I could have gotten them somewhere else I missed a bike show I paid to be at. I was told that it would ship in 4 to 6 days when I ordered it that would have given me plenty of time to get it done and I still have not received the part
To find things that fit on an 2007 FXSTD Deuce. That taillight is a PITA and I had to silicone in the old one to get it to stay. The new one snapped in with the rubber seal like it was factory new. Water proof USB ports, and a throttle paddle that makes things a LOT easier with my cramped right hand (pinched neck nerve). 100% again J&P, many thanks - MJ

Gas line is exactly what I needed I couldn't find the length of line on the product. For those having the same problem it's about 6 feet.

I placed an order on January 12 2017 for a bunch of parts. When i placed the order everything was in stock. I waited a week and contacted customer service and was told that international orders ship out when everything is available. I was pissed and said unless your company moved out of the USA it is not international. Then i was told same goes for that, funny thing happen when the next day part of the order shipped out. And now i am still waiting for the rest of the parts. So i contacted customer service again on February 1 and was told te part is still not available and wont be until February 11 so i said cancel the order and i want to speak to a supervisor. I gave my phone number and was told i would receive a call soon still have not and then i check my email and i have an email saying that my order shipped out that was it. Contacted customer service again and was told that they would send me a shipping return label i said that the money better get back into my account and the part better not touch my property the order was cancelled. So lets see how long it takes to get the money and if the package shows up. I want a refund for my gold membership. I would rather pay double the price than buy another thing from J&P Cycles

John Parham was bitten by the motorcycle bug early in his life. His enthusiasm led to a partnership in a small motorcycle shop from 1975 to 1979. In 1979 he and his wife, Jill, established J. Parham Enterprises, Inc., the predecessor to the present J&P Cycles, Inc. During this time, John still worked full-time and followed his "hobby" in the evening and weekends. In 1982 John was laid off from his factory job. Two years later, in 1984, their small motorcycle shop burned to the ground.
When they easily could have given up, they didn't! Instead, they decided to rebuild the shop, and run the business full-time. Today, J&P Cycles has grown from one employee to over 300. In addition to the Anamosa, IA location warehouse, in 2007 a new 35,000 square foot facility opened in Ormond Beach, FL. At Destination Daytona. The new location features a 15,000 square foot retail space and separate call center.
