Installed the tall sissy bar on wife's XL. Fit & finish is great. Seems like it will remain very solid & durable. Like some other reviews stated the hardware could be upgraded. We didn't have issues w/the heads stripping, I believe, because of reading reviews prior.
JP had extensive inventory for picking out my air cleaner intake. However I evidently over looked the additional mount kit required for the installation, which doubled the price. The intake filter material was foam not my first choice very disappointing all around experience including the JP reps both of whom sounded as though they didn't want to be there disgruntled.
The best experience a customer could have! Would definitely come back again!

I've always heard good things about this company. My father n law has used J&V Cycles for years. I am a new bike owner and I have to say my first experience was great. I'd use this company again and again.
Needed a smaller cheek pad for my Shoei helmet and J&P had it in stock. I received it quickly as well.

The product was good, however it did have a minor quality control issue (manufacturers)
Fortunately I was able to remedy it myself, so I didn't have to send it back and wait for another.

Received my rainpants a day before I headed out on a multi-week ride from NJ to Florida. Rode through heavy rains first 3 days and stayed dry. Its a wonderful feeling to have a good set of rain gear to put on when storms hit. Doing business with J&P Cycle was quick and easy - and their descriptions and customer ratings were spot on.

Products.Great stuff good quality.
Service was quick. However the foot on the jiffy stand was at a sharper angle than the OEM, it hit the primary and rattled which would have caused wear to both parts. A quick fix was a worm gear clamp around the frame tube for the rubber bumper to come against as a spacer.

John Parham was bitten by the motorcycle bug early in his life. His enthusiasm led to a partnership in a small motorcycle shop from 1975 to 1979. In 1979 he and his wife, Jill, established J. Parham Enterprises, Inc., the predecessor to the present J&P Cycles, Inc. During this time, John still worked full-time and followed his "hobby" in the evening and weekends. In 1982 John was laid off from his factory job. Two years later, in 1984, their small motorcycle shop burned to the ground.
When they easily could have given up, they didn't! Instead, they decided to rebuild the shop, and run the business full-time. Today, J&P Cycles has grown from one employee to over 300. In addition to the Anamosa, IA location warehouse, in 2007 a new 35,000 square foot facility opened in Ormond Beach, FL. At Destination Daytona. The new location features a 15,000 square foot retail space and separate call center.
