Installed the tall sissy bar on wife's XL. Fit & finish is great. Seems like it will remain very solid & durable. Like some other reviews stated the hardware could be upgraded. We didn't have issues w/the heads stripping, I believe, because of reading reviews prior.
JP had extensive inventory for picking out my air cleaner intake. However I evidently over looked the additional mount kit required for the installation, which doubled the price. The intake filter material was foam not my first choice very disappointing all around experience including the JP reps both of whom sounded as though they didn't want to be there disgruntled.
Finding the right parts was very simple, descriptions was very helpful, customerservice is top notch

Had difficult finding the parts for our specific bike. Also try to cancel order with in 24 hours when I realized it would not work & parts were not gathered or shipped. Was told no. Then had to wait till we recived the parts which took 11 days. Then we had to go to FedX and return them. J&P did supply the labels & pay shipping, thank you. All the time not able to get my refund till they recive & process parts. Looking like a 3 week experience. Not happy. But everyone I spoke with was professional & polite. I still understand why go there all the motions for wrong parts to be shipped?

Harley doesn't make pegs for a G3 bike. JP cycles does make it and the extension that I needed. Thank you J P Cycle!

I ordered a pair of rotors for my trike. I received rotor that had the same part number on the box but were different sizes. I talked to someone over chat to try and initiate an RMA. Got an email needing pictures, so I provided them. Then i got another email from someone else wanting more pictures. About a week into this process i finally had to call and speak to someone to get the correct rotor and an RMA on the old one. Everything got resolved quickly after i called.

As title states the bullet lights do not come with the bolt needed for installation and your stock mounting bolt will not work. Called customer service and had to be messaged later asking for the a picture of the parts they sent and a few other things. I responded with what I had and stated I should be offered a full refund or the bolt needs to be provided/sold as a necessary item. Either way I have yet to receive a response

LS2 advant x carbon box was clearly opened and damaged. No OEM protective stickers on the lenses. Dirt or staining along the collar of the helmet. Smell of men's cologne.
Cardo works well. Helmet seems like new. It's too bad I paid full price for someone else's helmet.
Over email. Credited 50.00 for issues with helmet. Would have like to have the money refunded to my payment option.
Reputation. Next time will consider Revzilla over J&P

John Parham was bitten by the motorcycle bug early in his life. His enthusiasm led to a partnership in a small motorcycle shop from 1975 to 1979. In 1979 he and his wife, Jill, established J. Parham Enterprises, Inc., the predecessor to the present J&P Cycles, Inc. During this time, John still worked full-time and followed his "hobby" in the evening and weekends. In 1982 John was laid off from his factory job. Two years later, in 1984, their small motorcycle shop burned to the ground.
When they easily could have given up, they didn't! Instead, they decided to rebuild the shop, and run the business full-time. Today, J&P Cycles has grown from one employee to over 300. In addition to the Anamosa, IA location warehouse, in 2007 a new 35,000 square foot facility opened in Ormond Beach, FL. At Destination Daytona. The new location features a 15,000 square foot retail space and separate call center.
