Since I was told by the Customer Service Team at Juicy Couture.com that they are unable to provide the name and address of the CEO of Juicy Couture, I did some research. I found that Juicy Couture has been sold to a Company called ABG (Authentic Brands Group) and that James Salter is the CEO and they are located in NY. It seems that Juicy Couture is now going to be sold out of the USA in other Countries. I imagine since they have been sold to ABG, that that is the reason for the cutback with providing NO BOXES and having the jewelry shipped to the American Consumer, like Myself, in bubble wrap. Pretty bad in My opinion... Juicy Couture pulled in over 200 million dollars in sales in the last year. Not bad, for a Company who refuses to ship boxes now with the jewelry.
Really incompetent customer service. Two items in my order arrived damaged, and I was told that I could return them and that I would not be charged return shipping. However, two weeks later when my refund was processed I saw that they had deducted return shipping from my refund. I have had to call back 7 or 8 times in the span of a month, and each customer service representative has assured me that the return fee refund was "being processed". Eventually I found out that there was a "hold" on the refund. I asked to speak to a manager several times, and there was never one available to speak with me. I put in a request for a callback twice, and I never heard anything. I still don't have my refund, but I am now being told that there is no hold on it. On top of it all, a few of the people that I spoke with were rude and snippy. I have spent a lot of money at this store over the years, but I will not shop here again. It's not so much the $8 return shipping fee that's bothering me. This store clearly doesn't care about providing good customer service, and just views its longtime customers as cash cows.
Beware Juicy Couture. The employees there will steal your credit card information. Even some of the phone representatives working for Juicy Couture lie.

The package cost to me more expensive, than there are trousers, I simply paid for a box! Why you send such huge boxes? Such impression that people who don't think work for you which do or it is possible to call it on other in the worst form... Your shop repeatedly sends huge boxes, and in a blank space is filled with paper. You what has no small boxes for trousers, for example, or at least for any accomplice? I won't trust, it is ridiculous! How many I order, and I buy goods which there are a lot of years from America both other countries and such aren't present at anybody except your shop dared to send to trousers in a box from under TV! Who of you is competent from such questions, who of you the chief manager of shop to solve at last this problem? I send you pictures which I took record on deliveries of this package, I arrived behind a package and saw its sizes, knowing it in this box only trousers... Even employees of urgent delivery burst out laughing and were also shaken. This derision... I not once wrote letters with requests for that the shop didn't send me huge boxes instead of small boxes in compliance to the ordered goods more, to me answer as electro - robots that we aren't responsible for delivery. Customer service this shop, proves to be very badly! Thus that I ustomer service, prove to be very badlybuy in this shop not once and repeatedly send in huge boxes!
I am officially done shopping with juicy couture online. I am loyal to other sites and receive great product quality as well as excellent customer service. I decided to try out Juicy Couture hoping I could add this site to my list for my daughter and myself. On several occasions I have ordered when they offered some type of special promotion and on most occassions I eventually received an email saying that my order has been cancelled because the items are no longer in stock. Well if the items were not in stock when I ordered them then WHY are you offering them on your site? Why not say they are backordered? They do offer backordered items but this was not the case with the items I attempted to order! I refuse to believe that this company is so ridiculously unorganized or that their tracking system is off. It is very unprofessional and their customer service reps are not helpful at all either! I received the items that were not on sale in those orders so I am starting to believe this is a marketing ploy to get customers to order. I do a lot of online shopping and I have never experienced this before. When I place an item in my shopping cart and pay for it, I expect to receive that item unless it is a noted backordered item! Oh and not to mention another time while I was shopping with Juicy online, my entire shopping cart was emptied right before I headed to checkout. Luckily the items were still available and I proceeded to put them in my shopping cart for a 2nd time BUT a week later I received an email stating that my order was cancelled because the items were no longer in stock. I'm DONE!
I placed an online order directly from Juicy Couture's official website -- www.juicycouture.com -- about a month ago. When I received my package, I noticed that the pants did not look anything like the photo on their website. I brought the pants to the local Juicy Couture store where the saleslady confirmed that they were not Juicy Couture brand at all. I immediately contacted their online customer service to notify them of their mistake. They told me they were sorry I had received the wrong item and that I could return it.
I shipped the pants back with my return form, on which I stated that they were NOT the Juicy Couture pants I had ordered, and in fact, not even Juicy Couture brand at all. Someone named "Lisa Smith" had the nerve to ship them back to me with a sloppy hand-written note stating, "NOT A JUICY PRODUCT" and did not process my return as promised.
I had to file a credit card dispute to get my money back. To this day, Juicy Couture still won't acknowledge the fact that they made a mistake in shipping a NON-Juicy product to me. Either someone in their returns department doesn't carefully check people's returns and accepted the pants that were eventually shipped to me, or someone in their shipping department stole the pants I ordered and shipped the no name brand pants to me. Their "customer service" is a joke. I have already filed reports with the BBB and FTC and wanted to warn any other consumers so this never happens to anyone else.
