A man of word and wisdom! I started to follow Don Juravin some months ago when I've heard that he helped many people with weight problems. Being a hard worker and always trying to exceed the max of me I became a workaholic. But working from the office and then continuing to work from home I developed food obesity. Spending so much time on the computer and sitting the whole day, I carried away with my weight and to be honest I didn't even notice what was happening to my body. I really didn't believe in what he was saying at the beginning, but later I tried to actually do the things. So six months later, I've started to see results.
