Lately I've been getting an error message on my new LG washer dryer combo that there was a kink in a hose or the filter was clogged. I checked the manual for answers but I couldn't find what I was looking for and at that point I was completely confused and irritated with myself that I couldn't figure it out by myself! I found this app and received a call from a human after answering a few questions online and within a few minutes found what I was supposed to clean out and had the machine running again! I must admit I'm not technically inclined, and the last washer and dryer I owned was 25 years old before it kicked the bucket AND I'm a 68 yo woman who isn't comfortable taking things apart! But the gentleman on the other end of the line walked me through the process and this little old lady is very happy! I will definitely be using this app again if I get stuck!
