Stay away, has a question about my dryer, they wanted me to sign up for a monthly subscription, or pay $28 for one answer, with a "money back guarantee" the answer was bull crap and slow in coming. I used Pay Pal and was able to dispute the charge and get a refund. This site is not worth the trouble.

I simply wanted to ask a question re a garage door remote. This company said that there was a $2 fee that was refundable. That's when I should of checked the reviews but instead in good faith I put my details in. $41 later and my accounts been hacked!

Response to my initial question was very prompt. I was assigned a tech who connected with me very shortly thereafter. However, I ended up resolving my problem before Harry could give me any guidance. Still I appreciate there being some place/person to get help with questions on one site.

Our pug ate Hershey's hugs, of course after our regular vet was closed for the evening. We were able to get a super quick answer letting us know that the amount of chocolate was small enough that we should not expect any problems. It was reassuring and saved us from worrying and also from considering the veterinary emergency facility.

It was well worth the $19 charge. And we didn't pay most of it until after I confirmed that I was satisfied with the response.

I highly recommend this service.

This website has scammed, scammed me for £105. As my initial phone call was for £1 (that was the only contact) when I gave them my bank details to charge my account. Since then I have been billed £35 for the last 3 months up to May 2023 and only found this out checking my last statement. If I had not seen this I could have lost a lot more money. Why did I not receive an email or notification of my payment each month? As a retired person and in the current financial situation I am trying to keep my costs down. On phoning to understand why this happened and to get a refund I got a negative response and then an actual email saying sorry that I am closing my account. (Ha.Ha.what a laugh). Had my ford truck in the shop twice & they couldnt replicate the serious problem I was having so no fix. Had to be raining or snowing and it wasnt doing either. After discussing the problems & symptoms with a ford mechanic he was able to tell me exactly what the problem was and where to look. Called my dealer & told the tech AND I had all the specifics in writing. Done. I will use Just Answers again and I will recommend it to others. It was fast, reasonable & had I not done this I would have ended up in a wreck when it rained next time. Now I am well informed! Extremely happy.

They told me they'll charge me $5 and it's fully refundable but then I saw my bank had 35 taken out. I tried to call them and they refused to pay me back. Because I texted the veterinarian not knowing they TOOK $35 out of my contact. They also stated they can't diagnose or prescribe pet but yet the woman said on the phone that the veterinarian diagnose my dog when she didn't. I canceled the membership right away.

It was a positive anwer to a major question helping me to realize what I needed to do and waving a lot of time

No longer do I have to make an appointment days away, spending maybe 100 bucks each time for a simple question. Now I can get a swift response with no additional cost. I can even speak with a doctor or auto mechanic about nagging problems. Revolutionary!

I had a problem with my ice maker making a singing sound and the screen displaying temperatures. The advisor told me to turn off the electricity to the machine for an hour to try to reboot it. I did this and it made no difference. Then he said he was sure that the problem was the mother board and I could order it through appliance pro and change it myself. The item cost $220.00. I was willing to do this if it fixed the incessant noises coming from the screen! I got and replaced the part successfully. This made absolutely no difference. The fridge still makes the same noises with the crazy temp display. I will not use their services again. Now, I have to incur additional costs to get it fixed. It's my own fault for believing he knew what was wrong after talking to him and emailing him.

Such a scam company. I clicked on the link google had and it immediately took me into a chat room where the person said I would be charged $2 for the question. Fine no problem, and then I got charged an additional $66.

When I tried to talk to someone they sent me to their supervisor Gareth who closed the chat when I asked why I wasn't informed about the additional charge prior and that it was only the $2 charge was disclosed.

I decided to give just answer a try while doing taxes. I couldn't find the answer to a tax question on an internet search. I gave just answer the question and had a response within 3 minutes.

For someone who currently is not insured at the moment, JustAnswer was a quick way for me to get some professional medical advice. Luckily, it worked for me! The "expert" you run into may be a hit or miss, so make sure you get second opinions. The second doctor I ran into at JustAnswer was definitely much more helpful, detailed, and was more concerned about me. She even asked me to send in some photos to get a better look at my symptoms. Going to a doctor is the best idea honestly, but if you don't have time or resources to do so, this is a quick way to get a peace of mind.

I was aware of the $2 join fee, not the immediate $66 membership fee. As soon as I realized they had charged me $70 for signing up, I immediately emailed their customer service team and asked them to cancel my membership and refund me. They refused to refund me. I had the account for less than a day. I explained that I'm an 18 year old student and can't afford that and literally will not be able to eat this week unless I get that money back, and they still refused. TERRIBLE customer service please don't give your money to these scammers

It's advertised as $5 but it's that plus a hidden $35 MONTHLY charge. I wish they would have made that more clear. Secondly, it took over 4 hours to finally answer me which made me think I had been scammed. The only positive thing I can say is that the advice I did get about my dog was super detailed and very helpful.

I am downsizing and wanted to know the history and value of some family china pieces. I got a value and detailed description within the hour. They also provide several resources to contact if I want to sell these items. Valuable information that could have prevented me from letting a valuable piece go in the wrong market.

As a retired ex Computer engineer, Help Desk Manager and Voice Networking Manager for a very large corporation I normally try to fix all sorts of problems myself naturally! I also spent 2 years on another site successfully diagnosing mostly washing machine faults and problems.
This time JustAnswer came up trumps very quickly thus saving face with my wife! I am very happy with the result and the small cost.

I went into the site thinking someone will help me address a one-time issue I needed help with. The website said that there is a one-time fee of $2 to access the services. I thus gave my credit card details and I realized that I was charged $68 instead of $2 and then noticed that there was a terms and conditions which detailed that there was a membership fee of $66/month which was not so clearly mentioned before signing up.

I am really disappointed that someone would take advantage of patients in serious issues needing immediately medical guidance and fill their pockets this way. I tried asking for the money back and they didn't give it back even though i did not use any of their services. Writing this post so that others are more cautious while using this website.

My Facebook account was temporarily locked out after attempted access from a new location. JustAnswer responded quite quickly and correctly although, as it turned out, it was actually a link to Facebook's help. Still, it sorted me out so I am happy.

When you don't know what to do try get answer and you will find your direction to solve the problem. I had it with my dishwasher and got excellent help from an expert who gave me the correct answers about my problem.

Initial response within 3 min. Of asking my question. All follow-up questions were answered just as quickly. I was responded to even after submitting my review and paying. Information was also given that covered beyond the scope of my direct follow-up questions.
