“Wrong schematics”

Trying to find a wiring diagram for my 2021 Ford Ranger. Was sent nice colored schematics, which turned out to be incorrect. In all fairness, the Ford dealership didn't have the right schematics either. Nothing seem to match the vehicle. We identified the proper wire by using the pin that it was attached to rather than the color of the wires, which were not correct by either person.

Great service, really paid off on my camping trip. Great people to do business with. I had a question on RV charging and hookup. The representative answered my questions and was very patient with me. I would use them again if needed.

Although the expert I contacted helped me, I was not happy as just answer signed me for a trial membership as well as my paying £5 for an answer. I feel I have been mugged. The communication is very poor and despite emailing them twice regarding having the membership fee refunded., I have not heard a thing from them. I am cancelling my credit card so they cannot collect any more money,. It is inconvenient but necessary.

The membership charge amount and information is presented to all customers on the payment page prior to entering any billing information. After the question is posted and the membership is agreed to, we send a receipt E-mail, as well as a payment reminder E-mail, 3-days prior to the recurring billing. The membership bills at the end of the 7-day trial in order to avoid an interruption in service.

We live in the Republic of Panama, and our high-tech Kitchenaid dishwasher went on the fritz at Year 3. After having three local repair people into the house to (unsuccessfully) try to fix it, we were so happy to find JustAnswer and "Woody," an appliance repair person who owns his own store and who teaches appliance repair at his local college. Within a couple of minutes, he had shown us the part to purchase on our next trip to the States, and he assured us that he would help us install it ourselves when the time came. Happy us!

This is the second time I have contacted just answer for help. Both times I have received excellent, helpful and timely advice. I have been trying to connect with two friends who are Facebook members. However for whatever reason we're not able to communicate with each other. Fortunately Isaac was able to give me simple instructions that even I could follow, and I was able to connect with them. I love the ease of using Just answer, and recommend it to everyone.

When I initiated my contact with them they said they would charge me $5. They charged me $5 plus another $46 for a month membership I didn't ask for. It made it sound like I was going to have the opportunity to decide whether I wanted it after I got my question answered. I believe they're guilty of deceptive trade practices and I'm going to contact the attorney general's office of the state in which they operate and see if I can have charges brought against them. Hopefully I can get other people that have the same feeling and we can get a class action lawsuit going.

They say it costs 2$ for a question, and then you see 86$ on your card. When I asked customer service, they refused to refund me the money. Also the lawyer wasn't very helpful either. No recommendations- just basic answers. I'll be taking my business somewhere more honest with their cost!

They charge you 2$, but don't tell you about the extra 86$!!!!!!

I had the same bad experience as so many other people. I was told if I paid NZ$2 I would get answer to my camera problem. Woke the next morning to an eventual answer which wasn't even worth $2 and an additional NZ$43 on my credit card bill. When I wrote to complain and ask for a refund as I had not authorised the additional amount they refused. Finally had to get my bank to put a stop to payments going through.

This is absolutely the most crooked website I have ever seen. My understanding was that for $1 I could ask a question but I was required to register and boom I was hit with a $60 charge. I never talked to anyone only did a chat to specify what I was looking for. I have requested a refund but they have every excuse in the books that it isn't refundable. Please be aware of the fine print if you use this site because you will get hit with a bill.

I got nothing for a $60 charge. Worst customer service ever.

My dog had an issue. Actually a few I googled her symptoms and somehow made it to this website. I was connected with a vet and everything she said was exactly what my vet said as well. My circumstances at the time caused me to be concerned the expense. Would be above my abilities to afford.
I my dog Ginger is acting like she used to. I am so glad I took a chance and chatted with the vet online. It set my mind at ease. Thank you

The site advertised $5 to answer a question, that's what I thought I would get, but it's not, they decided to tack on an unwanted $46
Monthly membership fee. Not only that, I was bombarded with request for a review before I even asked my question. Beware of the predatory nature of this site!

I am disappointed by the predatory nature of this site and angry that my money has been taken without my permission and they refuse to give back what is owed

I called with a very simple question. Sirius sent me to JustAnswer. I was told there is a $1 refundable fee. I explained my question to the first. They referred me to Tech. No problem with me yet. When Jake the tech answered, told me to state my issue. No friendly voice here. Plus, first person said she sent tech my question. Interesting that I can see it on the same text he asked my problem. Said he would be right back.Transferred me to screen requiring $39 membership fee to answer my question. It's not even a tech question! I do not want this but no way out of screen so just left. I called back and was told $1 would not be charged again. It was! I then stated I was unhappy and why. Declined the offer to help. Now I have been charged $1 twice AND the membership fee I never agreed to. Never did get the answer to my question so guessing I won't get my money back either! Hope you have better luck than I did!

Be very, very careful. I was transferred to a site that charged me $39 without my permission!

What a great idea for service! I was stuck trying complete a basic renovation project and some specific question that required a structural engineer to answer. Spent a few minutes describing my issue, a couple of follow up questions and within 36-48 hours I had the answer that I needed with very specific information.

I am very satisfied with the service. The lawyer responded almost immediately and gave a detailed response to my question. He even included for reference an article for future reading which also was very helpful. This kind of service is affordable, efficient and a good alternative to retaining a private (and perhaps expensive) lawyer.

I gave a detailed description of the problem including multi-metre readings on contacts within the dishwasher. The response came back to "tighten my nuts".
This is an insult - like saying my car is running rough what should I do - Answer - tighten your wheel nuts.
A waste of my time at a cost of $42.00.

Thanks to Doc Paul, an expert veterinarian, my son and I were able to ask the questions that concerned us and learn which treatments were best in order to treat our cat's wound. This saved us a visit to the vet, and got our sweet cat back on his feet and feeling great again!

Contacted JustAnswer after a hacker got into my Facebook account and changed my email address password and phone number. JustAnswer assured me they could fix the problem. That assurance cost me $1. To speak one of their "experts" who would fix the problem was an additional $39 which I agreed to. Experts 1 and 2 after trying were unable to do the fix. I was then joined by expert #3. After multiple attempts my account locked up. He told me to contact him the next day. I contacted him the next day and my account was still locked. I asked him if he had any contact info for Facebook and he said "no" and added he had minimal experience with them. He told me the best solution was to open a new account. Of course I would lose photos, friends, chats, etc. For that my debit card was charged an additional $15. I got a new debit card the next day.

Just Answer is a big fraud. Don't fill out their membership questionnaire. Once you do that your cash is gone unless you are prepared to pay66 dollars. Consultation is not ohip covered but the company says it's covered by ohip. Look before u leap. My name is Ku. Sri lankan

The subscription service takes advantage of the urgency of your situation. I know it seems convenient, but answers from this site truly are not worth. Your payment information is required because you are expected to forget the monthly charges. More than like you will. It's not worth it! Wish I could give less than one star!

I joined to see what it was about. Essentially you ask a question then text with a lawyer. The one i got was not very good and it is frustrating to have a conversation via text. /He said calls cost more, though i never asked how much more. I cancelled the same day and did not only not get a refund, but they did not continue my subscription for the month that i paid for. Scammers i think

If you plan to cancel wait until your subscription is up. I cancelled about an hour after subscribing and they kept my $5 fee plus the $79 monthly fee as well and cancelled me so i got about an hour for $84.

I don't recommend this service because I can't trust the opinion of someone work in this way. A person using hidden fees.
I search online and I fill in my payment information to just ask a question that shows it was $1. I noticed that they billed me $60 for the membership that I did not apply for. I called right away and they refused to pay back and cancel before they got an answer to my question.
