“Wrong schematics”

Trying to find a wiring diagram for my 2021 Ford Ranger. Was sent nice colored schematics, which turned out to be incorrect. In all fairness, the Ford dealership didn't have the right schematics either. Nothing seem to match the vehicle. We identified the proper wire by using the pin that it was attached to rather than the color of the wires, which were not correct by either person.

I had an antique object and I didn't know what it was. I was trying to figure it out for couple of years, asking friends and searching the net. Accidentally, I came across JustAnswer and got an answer in just a few minutes. Nora, antique expert, gave me detailed report of what it is, what it's value and even send me a link to find similar objects. I am very pleased and happy I found JustAnswer.

Very confused. Thought I was paying a dollar or 2. Just to try it. Come to find out they charged me 42 dollars for a subscription which I cannot afford. I cancelled my subscription within 7 days. Let's see if they will give me my money back. Also my tech service was poor.very slow. Response was poor. I will get back to you with details of just answers response

My first experience was good: Quick response, informative regarding next steps. Only reason for 4 vs. 5 stars: First experience; don't know if further services will be needed and how good they may be.

Says 5 dollars for my answer and was charged 46 dollars and when I tried to get help from them they gave me the run around. I really wish I had read reviews on this site. This is criminal behaviors coming from lawyers. Never ever use this site

Tip for consumers:
Do not trust. They will rob you 100%. I had to shut down my card so they wouldn't take anymore

The Vet I talked to was extremely knowledgeable, professional and caring. His advice saved me from taking the puppy I was dog-sitting to a veterinary emergency hospital, which would have done numerous expensive tests. For thirty dollars, I knew exactly how to handle the situation and it worked like a charm.

Stay away. After a long conversation, the technician advised me to replace the main board and recommend me a website where I bought the board for $1000. After installing the new board, the problem was still there. Through trial and error, I repaired it myself by replacing one sensor for $12

I am really happy with the way justanswer helped me fix my TVs audio problem. The experts were very helpful and showed a lot of patience which made it really easy for me to discuss and clarify my doubts with them. And the way they dealt with the problem was so detailed and methodical; no confusion from my end when I was trying them out on my TV. This has been a great experience with justanswer and its experts. Loved it!

I signed up for there services in mid November, the $5 fee, asked a few questions on a single day and was charged $79 later, and I was like fine, whatever.
Saw that they charged me again in December, called them to cancel the scrip, was told that it was cancelled.
Saw again in Jan, just the other day, charged again.
This is not a good business practice to take persons money without providing any services.

I used this company for a question on a antique piece I had, the site said you have a 7 day free trial, but they charge you 33.00 to sign in, plus another 5.00, then you have to pay the antique person another fee, it was 13.00. I didn't get a good answer and when I called about the 38.00 in fees, they said the 7 day free is for 1 more question. What a rip off. Beware of this service.

I began my session thinking this was the IRS. Upon answering questions, I was instructed there would be a $1.00 refundable fee, not additional charges. Per Margie my membership can be canceled, which I did, but no refund!

Although the answer to my question was very disturbing it was very helpful to be able to speak with Doug who helped me have a better understanding of how the process of applying for and receiving one's social security benefits works. Only if Social Security provided assistance to our elderly Seniors, my In-law would not be in the position she is in now and would have been receiving her benefits. Thank you Doug for your help!

I have been receiving information about losing money from my SS after May 1st. And am concerned about it since it is my main source of income. I received some literature which suggested several ways to keep the amount I how get, and possibly even find other ways to get what I earned personally as well as what I now get from my deceased husband's SS. I am at a loss when it comes to find a way to accomplishing this.

The best news of all is he fixed my major issue which allowed me to continue with tasks which greatly impacted my business.

He had me try various steps to assure all was correcting and the issue was resolved.

I was able to get the right answer from the tech the first time and much more efficiently than having to get a repairman out to our home. Cost efficient as well! Just remember that if you don't have to have something mechanical repaired often, go back to them and let them know you don't need the monthly option and ask to unsubscribe. The person on the phone is friendly.

I got an ad of this website as I was looking to find treatment for muscle cramps and the doctor assistant asked me to fill a form and pay $2 fee which is fully refundable and ended up charging me $77. Didn't even provide me any advice from the doctor and when I go to their website to find contact info from 'contact us', the webpage crashes! This is horrible. Loot someone in need!

Charged me $60 after advertising that it was $1 to sign up and ask a question. Entirely misleading. The question was answered & it was not a helpful response. Sent customer service a refund request which they denied. Of course they did. Google is a MUCH better resource.

I paid about 34.00 for some help with a question on my boat motor. It took 2 days to here from them and they had no idea what the problem was. I asked a local boat repair shop and told me exactly what the problem was. After months passed i was charged 34.00 per month for nothing. They would not give me any refunds on all the charges. Stay Away from them.
